When Love Fell From Above (Agent 4 X Agent 8)

I decided to go and sleep on the air mattress next to eight. I put my pillow on the opposite side of him and laid down. I wrapped myself in my blanket as I turned to face eight. I smiled as I noticed how he slept. He was sound asleep as the music was still playing Off The Hook. But he wrapped the blanket over his eyes.i moved closer to him to feel a warm feeling.I got a little closer and kissed his cheek.

Gliss:*whispers*Good night eight

I smiled as I fell asleep.

Next morning....

Eight's POV
I woke in the morning and I was surprised the ear buds stayed in all night. I smirked as I hummed the song that was currently was playing.
Something about the song felt familiar. I turned on the screen as I read  the song title.

Eight:Ca.... A..... L...

I sighed as I couldn't pronounce the title that's was written in inkling language. I went to the home screen as I found a internet browser(or hoped it was).I clicked on it as it poped up a window with a blank screen and search bar. I typed in a word in the octarian language and hit search. It began to load and a translated version poped up. It had the word I originally typed, and it had the translated word into inkling. I hit the speaker button next to the translated word as it spoke to me through the headphones.

I was amazed at how it could talk!!! We never had technology like this back in the canyon!! I spotted a website that had octarian language translated to inkling. I clicked on it and I was happy!!! It had the words untranslated then translated into inkling!! Even better it had how to pronounce them in each language!!! I began with easy ones as I worked my way up.

I decided to take a break after a while, but I saw that Gliss was still asleep so I decided to make me and her breakfast. I only remember reading a piece of paper that flew into the valley that had a recipe on it.I reached in my back pocket and pulled the recipe out. It was called,what I can preidct was human food, pancakes. I grabbed the ingredients and began to combine them into a batter. I looked around for a Pan in the kitchen to cook the batter on.

After a while I managed to find one behind some dirty plates. I turned the stove on and placed the skillet on the burning flames. I slowly tipped the bowl over the skillet as the batter flowed into a puddle. I picked up the spatula I found near some bowls as the batter began to bubble. I flipped the first one as I examined the golden brown side. I nodded as I knew I was doing something right!!!

A few minutes later I finished make the batch. I pulled two plates out and put pancakes on each of the plates. I turned around to see if Gliss was still asleep, and of course she was. It was 9:43am so I decided to do the dishes. After I finished that up I didn't know what to do. I went into Gliss's room to see if I can find anything. Then I spotted a small round speaker on her bed. I grabbed that along with a pen and paper under it. I plugged the speaker in the phone amd began to play music. I then decided I should start writing a paragraph in inkling to show Gliss I'm learning. I began to wrote down what I wanted to tell Gliss. I had so much to say, so I began with telling her how thankful I was.
After a while I finished and walked back to the kitchen. I put the note next to Gliss's plate as she woke up.

GLISS Pov

I woke up to a smell which I could only describe as sweet and flat.

Eight :Morning Gliss!! I.... Um.... Made..... Health food..... For........ Eight and Gliss!!!

I could tell he was working on his inkling speaking. I spotted two plates with golden disks on them.

Gliss:What are those eight?

Eight:Pancakes!!

I went over to a plate eight pushed towards me. I saw he placed a note on it and so I picked it up.

  Thank you for all of nice thing you did for me!!! Note might not be in right format, but maybe Gliss can understand. When I came to inkopolis, me thought I wouldn't ever be wanted..... Until Cap'n made me see Gliss. I enjoyed Gliss as much as I enjoy the food at the party!!!! When Gliss get red on face, Eight think it is so adorable!!! I made you pancakes and even draw the fresh picture on it for you!!!

I couldn't believe how fast he was leading to speak Inkling!! I looked at the top of the pancakes as I saw a big heart drawn on it. I blushed at the kind and adorable thing eight did for me.

Gliss:E-Eight!! T-thank you!!!.... I.... I

Eight:*Puts finger on Gliss's mouth*No talk... Only eat!!

He handed me a fork and knife as he began to eat. I looked at the heart one last time and smiled. No one ever did anything to me..... At least ever since my boyfriend broke up with me...... I went from a bright faced inkling to a dull ink stain. He did so much for me, he made me happy.... But when he broke up with me, I lost a part of me with him.

But now with eight here, I think I am regaining that. I slightly smiled as I cutted a piece of the pancakes and ate it. My eyes widened as I enjoyed the sweet and fluffy texture of the cake. I ate the stack faster than anything I ate in my life. Eight stared at me in aw as he barely finished one.

Eight:...wow.... Gliss eat fast....

Gliss:*blushes*...um.... Uh..... Yeah....

I felt something vibrate in my pocket as I remembered I had a phone. I took ot out and saw I had set a reminder to have eight meet with Micro.

Gliss:Splat!!! Eight eat fast!! We need to hurry!!

Eight began to eat fast as I began to think were to take them both to get along. Micro enjoyed to just hang out at Makeo Mart. Eight enjoyed to try and do cool new things, and Wahoo World seemed to be the perfect place. I began to think as I finally made my choice.
