Archie p.o.v:

On the drive home from the hospital, I think. I think about life, my future, and Veronica. I think that even though I was just diagnosed with cancer doesn't mean I shouldn't have a normal life. It's a day before Christmas Eve and me and Veronica still haven't decorated because I've been sick.
"Ronnie?" I say.
"Yeah Arch? She says holding my hand.
"When we get home we are decorating for Christmas. It's a day before Christmas Eve and we still haven't decorated." I say.
"Okay Archie if you insist." She says.
We finally get home and I go to the attic. That had all the Christmas decorations. I pick up all the boxes and go down the stairs and place it in the living room.
"Hey Archie." Veronica says drinking a soda.
"Can I have some babe?" I ask.
"I don't know, can you?" She says laughing.
"I don't know that's why I asked you." I say smiling.
"Yeah, but that means no kisses from me." She says. I didn't even think twice and took the soda. I took a sip.
"So you didn't even have to think about it. You just took the soda?" She says crossing her arms.
"Yeah. What's wrong?" I say joking.
"Oh Archie Andrews. Always being a smartass." She says looking away.
"Ronnie? Look at me." I say.
"What?" She asks. I kiss her and she pushes away.
"I said no kisses." She says.
"Yeah, but me and you both know that that is impossible." I say putting her hair behind her ear.  She leans closer and kisses me.
"You said no kisses." I say pushing away.
"I don't care. I didn't mean it." She says kissing me again. I kiss back this time and I sit her on the counter. We start to make out.
"Room?" She asks.
"Definitely." I say picking her up and going to the room.

                                   The rest was history
