Rick and Morticia: Pocket Mortys edition

Chapter 5: Finally Full.

It has been a few days after our first battle. After that it's been somewhat constant, getting into battles and winning all the same. That is until we lost one battle. This one guys Morty took out the whole team, Rick sent me out hoping I could win. It was to no avail, his Morty poisoned me a few turns in the poison took me out. Rick rushed us back to the health center. Nurse Rick told us that we should catch a Morty that was strong against the other Morty.

"Alright. Now get lost. I've given you the tip. Scram..." Nurse Rick said motioning us to move. Rick led us through the portal and we went hunting for another Morty. I turned to look at Shadow as he was reaching for a flower on a bush, when he pulled it I heard a; "Ouch!". A Morty came out of the bush the flower attached to his head.

"Huh? Uh oh a Rick!" He said as he turned away to run. Shadow appeared in front of him the Flower head could get past him. Shadow pinned the Morty to the ground. He looked up at me I guess to see if I was impressed.
I was a little but I shook my head acting like I didn't.

"You can chip him now Rick. Do it before Shadow dazes him. This is the exact type that should be able to take out that one Morty. " I said pulling on Rick's lab coat. He turned with a chip and used it on the Morty.

"Oh geez what are you doing to do to me?!" The Morty said getting up examining his chip. I told him about the whole ordeal.

"So we need your help. If you don't mind." I said with a smile. He nodded and Rick led us back to where we lost at.

"Alright you guys." Rick said. "I believe you all can win this." he continued. We all shouted; "Yeah!" then the battle started. The trainer send out what he did before, a Morty that looked like a hippie. (Hipster Morty, Scissors) Mr. Bartender gladly took care of him. We took all of them out until we got to his last Morty. He was kinda like Shadow, almost invisible but you could see his organs... (Gaseous Morty, Rock) Before Rick sent out the Flower head he wanted me to attempt to weakness the other Morty first.

"Morticia you can do it!" I heard Felon shout. I took a deep breath and tried to slam his Morty but I missed. He managed to poison me again. I tried to slam him again and luckily succeeded. The poison hurt me worse the second time. It was back and forth until he was half health and I was in the red. The poison was almost unbearable. I dazed still feeling the affects. Rick sent out Flowers, the other Morty tried to poison him but it didn't work. Flowers hit him fast he looked like a green blur. The gas like Morty fainted.

"We did it! We did it!" Rick and Flowers said simultaneously as the hugged each other. Shadow made a groan noise to get Rick's attention.

"Oh right. Let's get her to the center...." Rick said watching Shadow pick me up. They went to the portal and take me to the center. I opened my eyes to see everyone hanging around me.

"Did we win??" I asked looking around. Rick nodded and Mr Bartender told me how the battle went. I sighed and looked down.

"We need to become stronger." I said. They knew I was right. We went back out there and began fighting trainers and wild Mortys.
