Thirty-Three

Junhui turned on the radio as they drove down the street, a soft smile on his lips. He drove to Soonyoung's house and stopped outside, leaving Minghao looking pretty puzzled.

"Why are we here?" He asked softly.

Junhui let out a small laugh. "Picking up the idiots, of course" He said softly as he honked the horn. Soon enough, Soonyoung, Chan, Joshua and Hansol came out of the house.

They all rushed over to the car and got in. Soonyoung was sat in the back with Chan, Hansol and Joshua were in the middle and Junhui and Minghao were in the front, of course.

All of them knew where they were going, except Minghao. Junhui glanced to Minghao and smiled faintly. "I promise you'll love it" He assured.

Minghao smiled a little and nodded slightly. "I trust you" He assured.

Soonyoung perked up from the back of the car. "Ya! How much longer" He whined. "I'm bored and hungry"

Joshua rolled his eyes and looked back to Soonyoung. "Quit your whining! Me and Hansol are trying to watch a movie"

Soonyoung scoffed and lightly hit the back of Joshua's head. "So mean" He grumbled.

Junhui rolled his eyes as he listened to the two of them bicker, feeling like he was a parent with his kids on a roadtrip. "If you can shut up for two minutes we can stop at the service station and you guys can eat" He sighed deeply.

Soonyoung cheered at Junhui's words and immediately nodded, staying quiet.

Minghao laughed slightly and shook his head as he turned his attention out of the window.

Soon enough, Junhui parked at the service station and they all got out of the car. Minghao smiled softly and took a hold of Junhui's hand as they walked into the building.

Soonyoung was like a child in Disneyland and rushed off to go and eat with Chan. Hansol and Joshua went off on their own as well, leaving Junhui and Minghao alone.

Minghao smiled faintly and lead Junhui to a table in the cafeteria area. He sat down and patted the seat beside him. Junhui sat down beside him, wrapping his arms around the younger vampire and pecking his cheek gently.

Minghao blushed faintly at the kiss and leant his head against Junhui's shoulder.

After around half an hour, they were all back in the car driving down the highway.

After another hour or so, they reached their intended destination. Junhui had made reservations for them all at a cabin in the woods. He parked the car by their cabin and they all got out of the car.

Minghao looked around, finally realising where they were. "It's so beautiful here" He breathed out.

Junhui smiled widely and back hugged Minghao, leaving a soft kiss on the younger males cheek. "I'm glad you like it~ We're spending the weekend here" He explained, to which Minghao gave a small nod.

He helped grab all their stuff, along with the others help, and carried it inside the cabin. Minghao looked around in awe; the place was stunning. For a cabin, it was pretty luxurious; five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Soon enough, they had all claimed their rooms and unpacked their things. Minghao and Junhui shared a room, of course, as did Joshua and Hansol.

"Let's do something fun!" Soonyoung chimed as he jumped up from the couch

Junhui raised an eyebrow. "Something fun?" He repeated before thinking for a moment. "There's a lake near here... How about we go for a swim?" He suggested with a small grin.

The others immediately nodded in agreement and they all went off to get changed into swimming gear. Once they were all ready, they left the cabin and made their way through the woodland.

Soon enough, they came across the lake. It was stunning. There was a small waterfall that flowed off of a large pile of rocks and into the lake below, disrupting the tranquility of the water.

Hansol smiled widely and immediately jumped into the water, the splash causing the others to get wet. Joshua rolled his eyes and carefully stepped into the water, swimming over to his lover.

Minghao looked around before jumping into the water, a soft gasp leaving his lips as it was rather cold. "Y-You could have warned me how cold it was" He whined softly, causing Junhui to laugh and jump in after him.

Soonyoung smiled warmly as he watched the others. He decided not to get in the water yet and sat down on the bank of the lake, watching the others contently. Chan dived in the water after the others and swam around happily.

Soonyoung let out a small hum and watched the others with a soft smile before looking around. He furrowed his eyebrows as he thought he was someone on the other side of the lake, close to the waterfall. Soonyoung kept his gaze on the figure, but when he blinked and opened his eyes again they were gone... Weird...
