The next night while at work, my thoughts kept drifting back to Alastor. Even when I gave a very attractive bachelor a lap dance while his buddies cheered, I kept picturing the handsome deer demon from last night. I wondered when I would get to see him again.
Halfway through my shift, Alastor's spider demon friend, Angel, sauntered in. I had just came out of the VIP room, where I had completely emptied the wallets of a couple of businessmen when I spotted him. Angel's eyes gave me a once over, and he grinned, one gold tooth glinting in the low lighting.
"Well, hello there, doll." He greeted and flashed a wad of cash at me. Of course, money does talk and my rent needed to be paid.
"Hello yourself." I winked back at him, "Came back for a little more romance?" He chuckled at me, tucking the money back into his coat pocket.
"Just a little bit of romance," He confessed, "But afterwords, I was hoping to take you out dancing." I raised an eyebrow at him. First Alastor and now Angel?
"Sounds like fun." I purred. Alastor and I had only been on one date, why not go dancing with Angel? Besides, it had be forever since I had been dancing.
For the rest of my shift, I confinscated a fair chunk of Angel's money. When ten o'clock rolled around, I blew him a kiss, told him to wait while I got cleaned up, and went back to the locker rooms. I touched up my hair and makeup, then changed into a strappy green dress(pictured below) that was absolutely perfect for clubs. An absolute panty dropper, if I did say so myself.
Angel's jaw hit the floor when I sauntered back out onto the floor. Taking his arm, he escorted me a few blocks down to a popular club that had a guest list a mile long.
"There is no way in hell we can get in there." I pouted. Lily and I had tried numerous times to get in, but no cigar. Angel just winked at me and led me up to the bouncer. Without a word, the big burly demon waved us in. I gaped in disbelief. Holy. Shit.
The music was pulsing and Ke$ha's "Blow" had everyone on the floor. Grinning, Angel dragged me out onto the floor. I followed, already intoxicated on the music, the flashing lights, and the chaotic energy of the room. Swaying to the beat, I danced up against my date, allowing myself to be sucked into the spell.
We danced for what seemed like hours. One song melled into another. Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, Fall Out Boy...the DJ was an absolute mastermind. Angel and I were dancing against each other, grinding and sweating, faces inches from each other.
Smiling, I looked into his rather psychotic looking eyes. Angel was grinning back at me, and one of his arms wrapped itself around my waist, pulling me close until I was pressed against his chest. His fluff was soft underneath my fingers. Then his lips came down on mine, and I melted into the kiss.
He tasted like tequila and sugar. I wrapped my arms around his neck and held on for dear life. I felt his tongue flick across my lips and I parted them to deepen the kiss. The dance floor melted away until it was just Angel and I. When he finally broke the kiss, the music and people dancing around us came flooding back.
"My place?" I asked breathlessly.
"Sounds like a plan, doll." Angel replied with a wicked grin. Oh, this was going to be a fun night.
