So yeah, this is one of the shortest chapters. It's more of a filler. I know it's probably not that exciting yet, but it does get pretty intense later on. If you wanna read more, remember to comment and vote? Thanks lovelies xoxo

Chapter Nine: I stood there until I knew he was gone. Until I had finally reassured myself this wasn't some sick twisted dream. Then I collapsed to my knees. I ripped up bits of the grass and started screaming. I felt like someone had just taken a burning hot poker and shoved it down my throat, touching it against my heart, leaving a permanent scar. I let my whole body fall to the floor. I'm sure I heard something crack, but I felt completely numb. I lay on my back, staring up at the sky. I watched the clouds, moving in the sky. I watched the sky gradually change colour. I watched as the rain suddenly started pouring down from the sky. And I watched at lightning forked out from the sky, closely followed by loud rumbles of thunder. I watched it all, but I still felt dead inside. I knew I should probably go inside, but I just had absolutely no desire to move, or even do anything. I knew no one would come outside, it was far too wet for that. After the sky went completely black, and the lightning was getting closer, I started to get scared. I wasn't scared of the lightning. I was scared of what I was going to do when I had to go inside again. I couldn't stay out here forever. Eventually one of the teachers would force me to go inside, and then I'd inevitably have to see Oliver sometime. I closed my eyes, trying to not think about it. After a short while I heard someone call my name. I had no idea who it was, nor did I care. I felt the ground thump next to me as someone dropped into the grass next to me.

“Hey Hufflepuff.” said Seamus.

I didn't say anything. I couldn't. I felt like my voice box had been ripped out and slashed to pieces.

“Al, please don't worry about him. Men are bastards. Trust me. I should know.”

Slowly I opened my eyes and looked to my left, to see he was laying on his side facing me.

“What are you looking at?” he said, trying to change the subject.

I shrugged and bit my lip. He reached out and held my hand, squeezing it tightly. We were there for quite some time before I heard more footsteps. When the footsteps were finally near us, I bit my lip, having a feeling I knew who it was.

“Hey babe.” Seamus mumbled.

I sighed internally, then stood up; pulling away from Seamus as I took of my robes, my shirt, my skirt and eventually my underwear before jumping into the lake.

I swam around for a while, until the sky was beginning to go light again. When I finally looked back over at the bank, I noticed that Seamus and Cedric were no longer on the banks. I nodded wearily and I started walking out of the water. I noticed that there was a blurry figure walking towards me on the horizon. For some reason the ground seemed to be shaking in front of me. I tried to keep walking but every step I took, I felt dizzier and dizzier. Suddenly, it felt like the world just disappeared beneath my feet, right as I got to the bank, and the next thing I knew, I was falling face first onto the floor.
