Incoming Call From Joon:)
"Joon?"
"Where were you at lunch earlier?"
"With Yoongi, I'm tutoring him."
"O-Oh. Okay. Are we still meeting at Starbucks?"
"Yeah, is it okay if Yoongi joins us?"
"Yoongi? Uh-um I guess,"
"Ok, I gotta dash. Bye Joon!"
"Bye Rin."Run hung up the phone, and checked herself in the mirror.
She wore a blue cropped jumper and a black skater skirt.
"I look okay?" She questioned herself.Rin shrugged, and shut the door behind her, heading to Starbucks again. The night was dark, making the stars evident.
She pieced a few together, and muttered under her breath, "Cassiopeia."
When Rin was 13, she had studied a couple of constellations, but especially Cassiopeia, also known as the queen of broken mirrors.
Her steps were loud on the sidewalk, with each she took, a bird flew out of the nearest tree.
The light coming from Starbucks snapped her out of her night-trance, it was beckoning and welcoming. Inside, Rin could see the rough figures of Yoongi and Namjoon, it looked like they were enjoying each other's company.
As Rin drew closer to the shop, their faces became clearer. It was obvious they were arguing, but their lips were unreadable.
Rin slightly pushed the door open, and slipped in.
"Yoongi, you know it would take me time to tell her."
"Time is of the essence. If its really that impossible to tell Rin, then why are you still here?"
"Yoongi-""Don't 'Yoongi' me. If you can't tell Rin soon enough, she will find out herself, be blinded by her own identity. What is it drives her to do what she did again Namjoon?! You can't go through that again! I can't go through that again..."
Rin had no clue what they were talking about, but she knew it couldn't be good. Unconsciously, tears brimmed in her doe eyes, they sparkled against her dark iris'.
"Yoongi? Namjoon?" Rin shakily asked, "What's going on? What are you talking about?"
Namjoon's eyes widened, and Yoongi's shut as they heard Rin's voice. It confused the half Japanese, she wanted to know, why she would be 'blinded by her own identity'.
"Rin, t-this isn't a conversation I want to have." Namjoon stuttered. His eyes were sad and melancholy, but secretive. He was hiding something.
"But it's a conversation I want to have." Yoongi angrily persisted. He was glaring at Namjoon in a deathly way, it sort of scared Rin.
"Guys?"
"Rin, sit down princess." Yoongi beckoned politely, and still perplexed, Rin placed herself on a wooden chair.
Namjoon turned away, he looked hurt, or scarred.
"Princess, do you know what happened in the last 3 years?" Yoongi asked.
"N-no, actually. It feels like it was just school."
"Yoongi, please not here." Namjoon pleaded.
"No! Namjoon, she will never find out. Okay, Princess, listen up. I don't think I can bring myself to repeat it."
"Yoongi, why would you do this? You cheated on me with my best friend!"
"P-Princess please-"
"Don't 'Princess' me Yoongi, you know what you did."
Rin's eyes were stung with tears, never in her whole life would she suspect her ex-lover to go this low.
Her dark doe eyes widened, when one prominent thought came to her head.
"I'm not good enough." Rin whispered, loud enough for Yoongi to hear.
"Princess, no,-"
"Shut up Yoongi." Rin muttered. "Go find someone who is good enough for you. Who is worth your time. I apologise, for not being up to your standards."
Tears began to spill over the ground, both Rin and Yoongi's.
"I told you so."
"What?"
Rin's sudden statement became clear.
"That you would be the one to snap."
The Next Year
Yoongi strolled around the town, his face staring at the ground. He can never shake off those things Rin had said, it was too inevitable to avoid. There was never a day where he wouldn't forget and regret it.
"Hey, Joon!"
That voice; so similar.
Yoongi lifted his head, and there she was.
Rin. She looked different, but the same. She was as beautiful as before, but had a different spark in her eye, due to the fact her hand was holding someone else's.
"Princess..." Yoongi said to himself, but was within Rin's hearing range.
She immediately stopped what she was doing and froze. "Yoongs..."
"Everything okay Agi?"
Rin lifted her face to see Yoongi, and tears began to spill from her eyes.
"Princess." Yoongi softly spoke.
"Why is he calling you princess Agi? Should I be concerned?" The other boy said.
"No Namjoon, I've got it under control."
"Agi, you only call me Namjoon when something's wrong." He mutters.Yoongi walked up to Rin, and pulled her into a hug.
"Get off Yoongi."
"What?"
Namjoon approached Yoongi, his face was intimidating and stern.
"Who are you?"
"I'm Yoongi. I'm her ex lover." Yoongi turned to Rin, "I miss you."
Namjoon began to growl.
Yoongi began to feel cocky, so he pushed his luck.
"You're mine Princess."
Rin turned away, but Namjoon? Namjoon began to get mad.
"I would think again if I were you. She's mine."
"Mine."
"Mine."
"Mine."
"Shut up!" Rin seemed frustrated now.
"I'm not any of yours, I am my own person! Yoongi, you cheated on me, do you think I would want to be yours? And Namjoon, I am not a prize to be claimed! All you ever do is show me off, I'm not a trophy! You know what? I need space."
Tears were spilling from her eyes as she ran away, and locked herself in a little silver car.
Yoongi and Namjoon watched the girl have a breakdown, being helpless.
"I hope you're satisfied." Namjoon muttered to Yoongi, before throwing a quick and hard punch.
