"Mommy look Aunti Liya!" Melody called out and I smiled. It has been 5 almost 6 years since the birth of Melody. Hyungseung raised her like his own and we told her the truth about her father and how he saved Hyungseung And she understood. She knew what fear was and to always stay close to an adult. Liya treated me a lot better after the birth of Melody, it felt like she brought the entire group back together and kept us strong.
"Mommy can I see daddy?" She asked and I nodded my head "let's go" I smiled and we walked hand in hand to where Tao was buried "daddy look mommy made my hair pretty today! She said its dark just like yours, every day since i was a baby she takes me to see you. Thank you for saving daddy number 2 as well he takes really good care of me. I love you" she said hugging the cross with Tao and yongguks photo on it causing me to tear up. "NIKKI!" I hear Liya call out and I quickly picked up Melody and ran over "there you two are, there hasn't been an accident in 6 years we got worried for a second" he said and out from behind her came Zico "Ahjussi! Mommy took me to daddy again like we do once a week!" We went back to our place and sat in the living room, I loved my niece to death, I couldn't imagine life without her, she was carefree like her mother but had amazing skills like her father, she knew how to shoot a gun and she knew to always stay close to an adult. "Ahjussi, why is Mommy sad?" She asked and I gave Jay a confused look "your mom is always happy Mal" jay answered and she shook her head, "every night she cries, is it because daddy's not here?" She asked and both Jay and I didnt have an answer. "I know Daddy saved my other daddies life but I really wish I could see him" she said and I let out a sigh "Mal, your mommy loves you, she also loved both of your daddies, she broke when your daddy Tao got hurt and died, no one could talk to her but Daddy Hyungseung. Maybe she cries every night because she misses him." I said and she jumped off my lap looking outside. "I turn 6 Tomorrow" she sighed "it will be the same as before right?" She asked and he nodded our heads making her smile.

"What do I get her for a birthday, there is nothing around here for get a 6 year old? Should we go out to get her something?" I asked Illhoon and he stood there thinking "if we leave we put ourselves at risk there hasn't been an accident in 6 years" he said and I knew he was right I just felt tired of always giving her clothes or books or what ever they had gotten from supply runs. "Let's go check hmm?" I asked and Ilhoon let out a sigh "fine"
Melody I walked outside to go find my mom, I knew I was supposed to stay with an adult but I should be fine walking from one house to the next. I looked over seeing Mathura and Illhoon and started to run towards them but quickly stopped as I seen the gate open for them, "it's my birthday where are they going?" I asked myself slowly creeping closer to the gate and froze when I saw a grey injured man bite Mathura.. "Ahjumma!!!" I yelled running over seeing her bleed and fall to the ground "Melody get out of here!" Illhoon yelled while the gate guards put an arrow through both the man and Mathuras head.
We ran inside and I was sat on the couch "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?! YOU COULD HAVE DIED!?!? DID YOU WANT TO END UP 6FT UNDER LIKE TAO?!?" He yelled and I started to cry "what is going on in here?!" My dad asked walking down stairs from the yelling.
I looked down knowing illhoon was telling him everything and I knew I was going to be in trouble... "Melody.." i looked up at my dad tears in my eyes "daddy I'm so sorry i will never go off again, I dont want to die" I cried as my dad patted my back holding me.
