Adelaide's POV:
" Adele what did you say?" Lily asked me curiously. " NO!" I cried indiginantly. " But you should maybe give black a chance" Lily suggested as I lazed in her dormitory. Dumbledore lets me spend the night there somethimes. Alice and mary, my other BFF's agreed.
" Your one too talk!" I said frostily to Lily who blushed when I mentioned Potter asking her out twenty-four/seven. Then I remebered Sirius pleading with me. His chocolate brown eyes and black, silky hair. His laugh....I stopped as I shook my head. This was BLACK!
" Did you complete your full moon essay?" Alice asked. " Its full moon today!" Mary said before I answered yes. " Its time for my last lesson with Dumbledore!" I suddenly exclaimed running to The headmasters room. I just made it. Panting, I saton one of the plush chairs there.
" Good evening Miss Waves. Lets practise your mental shield first." Dumbledore sad smiling at me. I smiled back showing dimples before the smile changed into a look of concentration as I worked on pushing the shield out. Soon, in a few minutes, a beautiful invisible shield had formed protecting me. Dumbledore shot three spells at it and it still stayed strong.
An hou later, I left class with a pile of homework. I went to my private room with its purple and gold walls and a photo of Alice, Mary, Lily and me on the wall laughing when we were in hogsmeade a week ago. I got into my bed in my gown, and tried to get to sleep. But again, I had the nightmare of my parents, who were aurors dying.
I was in sixth grade. I knew about Voldemort. Unable to sleep, I got out of bed. I then used my secret. I was an animagus! I could transform in a cute, pure white cat with my same eyes just like Snow White. I walked outside and stood by the whomping willow when I saw a stag and a black door and a rat prodding a stick onto a small dot on the trunk. I hid and watched as the animals disappeared into the tree. I followed, curious to see where theywere going.
" Meow Meow" I said in fright as I saw a werewolf! The stag immediatly with the dog backed me out of the tree. Then they appeared. Then.............Black and Potter transformed back! IT was those insolent stupid creatures that were also animagi.
" Shoo!" James said pathetically at me. " Shoo shoo!" Sirius joined in. I transformed into myself with y hands on my hips. " LUPIN IS A WOLF!" I hissed. " Shh girl" James cried in shock. " Adealaide!" Sirius exclaimed. Soon, I knew everything.
" This isn't your secret to tell so keep quiet. Oh and will you go out with me Adela?" Sirius whispered.
" No black and don't ask Lily Ptter. The answer will always be no untill you both change your pathetic ways!" I screamed storming off to my room. Then I lay in my bed thinking. Did I like Black? Well, I have to say.....He WAS cute.....Then I fell asleep.
