Ryan stopped off her plane and ran a hand through her hair. She was nervous and sad. Ten years ago, her father and brother's lives were cut short in a stupid car crash. It could've been anyone but it was them. Her dad, who loved her no matter what. Who would've seen her today and would've told her to grow a pair and kiss Alex. Her brother, the one who would've beat the shit out of any guy who dared to lay a finger on her wrong. A picture from so long ago made it into her hands. In it was her family, her parents, her older brother, and her younger sister.

Now yeah, loosing a brother is painful, but loosing a twin brother is terrifyingly destroying. Ryan didn't talk for the rest of high school after her brother died. It had been a stupid drunk driver who got away with his life but was also a part of her class. She'd tried so hard to find out when finally she did, it broke her into more pieces. She'd only speak outside of school and around her family.

Ryan scoped out her family and walked towards them. "Ryan!!" Her mother shouted. They joined in a hug and stayed like that for awhile. Once they'd broke apart, Ryan hugged the life out of her little sister. She wasn't much younger but there still was a relatively large gap between them. Her sister was 19 so Ryan was 7 years older than her. "How've you been honey?" Her mother asked. Ryan gave her an extra hug and smiled at her.

"I've been pretty good. How about you mom?" She returned. Her mom shrugged and grabbed Ryan's hand. Ryan's sister, Riley, grabbed her other hand and they walked out of the airport hand in hand. Ryan filled her mother and sister about life in Vancouver, Supernatural, and her new friends. "Okay, Jensen, Jared, and Misha call me "Bread" because Ry is my nickname and Rye is a type of bread." Her sister and mom laughed. "And Alex, the guy who's coming later, he calls me Rye. And it's so sweet! He's so cute!" Ryan beamed while talking about Alex. Her mom and Riley smiled hearing Ryan talk about her "friend."

"She's in deep, Riley." Her mom said. Ryan blushed a deep red color and her family laughed. "Let's get home, love bug."
