Chapter 22

I ran outside. I ran towards Armans room but he wasn't in there.

"Shit" I said.

Hunter followed close behind.

"What's going on?" Hunter asked.

I paced back and fourth in the room.

"That girl. That girl" I said.

Hunter quickly grabbed me and held my hands.

"Sam. Just take a breath and calm down. Now tell me what's going on" Hunter said.

"Lauren. Arman brought in a girl called Lauren. I think she was Zero for the Silent. Her voice was very similar" I said.

"It's very unlikely. But it's possible. Where is she?" Hunter asked.

"Follow me" I said.

Hunter and I ran towards the room Lauren stayed in. She wasn't there either. We searched her room a little and we found something written on the wall 'Fear Us. We Are Silent. WE Are Something To Fear' Hunter and I looked at the wall in fear.

"You were right" Hunter said.

"Go check on Megan. I will go alert everyone" I said.

Hunter and I split off. I ran towards the bell we have for emergencies. I started to ring the bell hard. After a few minutes I saw a lot of people rushing out of their rooms and coming into the middle of the oval. I quickly ran down.

"Hunter and I found the mole. She was a new member of Adelaide Oval. Her name was Lauren. Is Arman here!?" I asked.

"I haven't seen Arman since you got back" Anastasia said.

"We might have to get in contact with Mount Barker for help" I said.

"I'm on it" Jeremy said.

"Sam!" The guard yelled out to me.

"Yeah!" I said.

"The Silent are here!" The guard said.

I ran over and climbed up the guard tower. I saw about over a hundred Silent members all crowded up. A few of them were scattered out as well. I saw one of them step forward. It was Zero or Lauren.

"What the hell do you want?!" I asked.

"We have come here to ask for peace. We believe your group is strong, and we would like to have peace among our groups" Zero said.

"Peace. Yeah right after you killed two of my people. I will never have peace with you" I said.

"Wait what? Dammit. Look that group of people I told them to not injure or kill you. That's not my fault" Zero said.

"Yes it is. Screw you! We're missing someone. Where is Arman!" I said.

Lauren went silent. She pulled out a bag. She opened the bag and brought out Armans head.

"Holy shit! You fucking sick fucks!" I yelled.

"Wait wait. We killed him because we wanted it to be fair. You made me kill one of my men so I killed one of yours but now I heard that my people didn't listen to me and killed some of your people now it's unfair. So you can kill two of my people right now ok" Zero said.

"Oh. I'm not only going to kill one of you. I'm going to fucking kill all of you!" I said picking up a gun that was laying on a bench.

I aimed at them and started to shoot at them. They all made a run for it. I saw everyone running over to shoot at them. We took out a lot of them. We at least took out fifty of them. All the rest got away. We all stopped shooting and put our guns down. I climbed down and saw Megan freaking out I got down on my knees and hugged her.

"It's ok" I said.

"Are you ok?" Megan asked.

"I'm fine sweetie" I said.

I saw Hunter running over. We all hugged each other.

"They killed Arman" I said.

I saw a lot of his people crying. A great person has died. He cared for all his people. He was one of the good guys. The Silent Have now killed over four of our people, and traumatised all of us. They all need to die, no exceptions. I walked over to the gate. Jeremy opened the gate quickly and I walked out to go get Armans head. I walked out and saw a Silent member struggling trying to get up. He was shot multiple times. I slowly walked over to him. He saw me and started to crawl away from me. He turned around and faced me.

"Please don't kill me! Please! I have a family! I have a new born, a son and a newly married wife. Please! I beg you! I need to be with them! Please!" The Silent Member yelled.

I stepped on his leg so he couldn't crawl away. He looked so scared. He was shaking and crying. I took out one of my knifes from my leg.

"No! No please! I'm sorry please!" He said.

"You're meant to be silent aren't you?" I asked.

"No! Please!" He yelled.

"You killed my family. So I kill yours" I said stabbing him in the head.

I turned around and walked over to Armans head. He was turned. I slowly put my knife though the back of his skull through his brain and then slowly took out the knife again. I picked up the bag Armans head was in and put his head back into the bag.

"Sam! Walkers!" Jeremy yelled.

I turned around and I saw a large horde walking towards us. They must of heard the alarm bell and the gun shots.

"Shit. There's too many, they will break the gate down. We will have to take them out before they can get to the gate. I need some assistance!" I said.

I saw Gabriella's Group running over with Hunter following.

"Hunter you need to stay back. We've got this" I said.

"I want to help" Hunter said.

"Hunter. I want you safe" I said as I kissed her.

Hunter took the bag with Armans head in it from me. She quickly ran back inside.

"Jeremy close the gate!" I yelled.

I looked around at everyone getting ready. Gabriella was holding her bow, Audrey had a large machete, Tyler had a pistol and Luke was holding a small hammer.

"It will be hard without Will but I think we can do it" Gabriella said.

"You've got me" I said taking out my two knives.
