Chapter 18

YEP :) This one's short too. I already had something good to put but then decided I'd do that scene at the right time ;) I hope you enjoy this chapter, though not much happened again but something DID happen! But only a little ;)

I've just finished attending mass and I'm on my way to Sunny's place. It'll be my first time there! She just told me to wait at Shakey's and I'll be fetched.

A minute later, their black car arrived and I just hopped in. It wasn't a long ride, just ok. And good grace is her house huge! AND. I. MEAN. HUGE. (0o0)

Their gates opened automatically and their house was still far away from the gate. That means of you don't want to tire yourself out, you can take a car ride.

We reached their house and I was told to go up to her room. They had double staircases. You know, like the ones where the princesses go down when they have a ball? Yep. Just like that.

I went up on the right side and went to her room. It was down a very spacious hallway. I knocked and she told me to come in.

"You never told me you had a castle." I told her once I got in.

"Haha! What castle? You ready to go-- What are you wearing?" She eyed me from head to toe.

"Eh? Casual clothes. Why?" I asked. I didn't see anything wrong with what I'm wearing.

"Wait lemme get something." She rummaged through her walk in closet which was all in pink. HOT pink. As expected -.- "Here. Try this on." She said as she handed me a dress. It ends just above the knee and was in the color of sky blue. My favorite :"> It's plain and has a ribbon tied like a belt.

"Why? We're only going to the mall right? I don't need to dress up this much." I told her.

"You're not dressing up. You're changing. I don't want to see you wearing your ordinary clothes. Where're the ones I bought you?" She pouted.

"But they're all too expensive. And I don't have any particular occasion to wear it with. And besides, I'm afraid that it'll only look cheap on me." I said.

"Look, first, it will NOT look cheap on you. Heck you're one beautiful girl! You just don't realize it. Second, I'm giving you a hint. There will be something happening so I want you to look even more beautiful than usual. Now sit here and let me do the rest." She said while leading me to a chair that's facing a mirror that has a table full of make up.

"Eh? What's the 'something'?" I asked. But before I could raise another question, she started putting on foundation on me, then a little bit of eye shadow and eyeliner. I didn't need mascara since I already have thick and long lashes. She put on some lip loss on me and voila! I look totally different O_o

"Is that me?" I asked.

"Yep! Aren't I great?!" She said obviously proud and completely satisfied.

"Now, you'll only need a pair of shoes and a bag to go with that dress and BAM! You'll have all the guys staring in awe!" Sunny said.

"Haha! You wish!" I said and she handed me a pair of wegdes and a bag that goes well with the dress.
