A month had went by with nothing going on. China had become quite peaceful and people were trying to adjust to a life without war. The situation in Northern China is still controlled by the Communist Party, but they are a shell of their former self. The PLAN's leadership was reduced to their last destroyer, Taiyuan. Anshan was also alive when the war ended, and he was the leader of the PLAN, but he disappeared before the treaty signings. He was added to the list of ships who mysteriously disappeared without a trace along with Lo Yang, Yue Yang and Ooi. Tan Yang went to Torpedo Division X's dock to conduct an emergency briefing.

Suddenly, their briefing was interrupted, and the area around them started to shake. Air raid sirens went off and the base started to scramble. What the hell was going on?
Wait... We've just received an emergency transmission from the control tower! Unidentified aircraft are approaching our base! Scramble immediately! Quick, there's no time! Get out to open water immediately!
"Shira, get what you can and move away from the dock! We're about to get attacked." Kitakami ordered.
The two could feel something rumbling outside and moved their way out of the roofed dock. When they looked up they saw a few Zeroes making strafing and bomb runs on the base. Explosive blasts appeared around them and the base defenses were trying to set themselves up.
"Warning! Enemy aircraft spotted! We are now on code-one alert!" Tan Yang reported.
"Visual confirmation of craft approaching the base. Everyone head to your posts." The observation tower ordered.
When Kitakami looked behind her, she saw a large object in the sky that blocked out the sun. It was the biggest plane she had ever seen and it dropped a big bomb over the dock she was in a few seconds ago. She was lucky to escape that hit. A few more planes by this enemy made a few runs on her division, but she was also lucky enough to not get hit. The big aircraft in question was none other than the Kawanishi KX-03 that used to belong to the Yamato Space Program. A massive transport plane that was converted as a super heavy bomber and was powered with a mix of prop and jet engines.

"This is Shiratsuyu. Observation tower, situation report!" Shiratsuyu requested.
"Unidentified craft entering our airspace! Here they come!" The tower reported.
"They're the ones who attacked Seoul. They're going for the dockyard!" An Yang shouted before taking a bomb hit. She was quickly taken out of commission. AA fire lit up the skies but the large plane was resistant to the damage.
"Direct hit on the repair yard! We can't get fixed up!" Shiratsuyu witnessed.
"C'mon, let's move, we'll be sitting ducks if we stay here!" Kitakami ordered the destroyer.
