This is it . I was sitting on my office floor , about to give up on everything , my girlfriend just cheated on me with my best friend .

This shit hurts bad, I see what those kind of people go through , the ones who get cheated on and thrown away like trash.

I couldn't bare this feeling, I was just empty , I was numb . With a bottle of henny in my hand and my suit was all messed up I guess I was just gonna drink myself to death.

It was after work hours , which was 6:30 . I was guessing I was the only one in the building , so I screamed and threw everything around the office with everything I had in me.

I slid down the wall and cried. Cried like I never did before. I'm a mess right now. The door to my office opened and my attention shifted to the door.

It was one of my co-workers Victoria. "Oh my god , Mr.Brown , what happened?" She asked running over to me, as she placed some files she had in we hand on my desk.

I didn't answer , she just grabbed a tissue out of a box of cleanex box, and dabbed my mouth.

My face was a little bloody, on my lip . I looked her in her hazel eyes , as she cleaned my face.

"You gotta tell me what happened , look I know whatever it is , it's beating you up pretty bad." She said looking at me.

I can't lie , Victoria was beautiful , she was a light skin , with a beautiful body , and dark brown hair.

She was perfect , but I didn't. Think she was the one for me. I sighed heavy , "My girlfriend cheated on me with my best friend ." I said looking away .

She stopped what she was doing to my face , and just stared at me. "Why ? Why would someone do that to a person like you , your so sweet and kind ." She said .

I shrugged , "I guess I wasn't the one." I said looking away.

Vicki smacked her lips, "boy , I dint believe that , she probably was just caught up in the moment and she thought about what she was doing at the wrong time ." She explained.

"No she didn't , she knew exactly what she was doing , that bitch know not to fuck another nigga while I was with her." I yelled back.

"Hey , don't be yelling at me ight , she was wrong and I know, if you open your damn eyes and see someone else wants you maybe you can get over her , and be with that person who loves you like hell." She yelled back .

We stared into each others eyes , then I broke the silence . "Why do you mean if I open my eyes and see someone else wants me , are you- Victoria do you." I said then she got up, and started to walk to the door.

"I didn't know you liked me , I'm sorry about anything I ever did it's just I've never been hurt before and-"

"No , you don't understand , if you would've really opened your eyes and gave sense other tries , I'll be all you need and more." She said , I saw tears forming in her eyes .

"I'm sorry , again . I thought you didn't like me, so I jut moved on." I said .

"Well , you moved on too soon , and you left me heart broken , but the only reason I still talk to you is because I work with your selfish ass." She snapped.

I sighed , "Vicki , what If I told you , that I wanted us to be a little more than what we used to be , that I really want you to be mine , because you've been there for me since we started working here. I really love you , and I thought you didn't love me back so I moved on." I said with apologetic eyes.
