—▐  BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING

A little kindness goes a long way and we all know this. Here at GREY ENTERTAINMENT, we will NOT be tolerating any type of disrespect or foul words/acts towards fellow trainees/artists as well as the staff. We enforce that everyone in this entertainment practice humility, discipline, respect, and kindness. If you can't do something as simple as this, then don't even continue reading this book. You don't have to generally be fond of another person, but as a human being they deserve the same amount of respect that you do. If we are informed that ANYONE has violated this rule we will NOT hesitate to take necessary measures to ensure it is put to an end.

—▐ BE ACTIVE

Do NOT apply in this entertainment if you know that after you're going to forget all about your trainee. How active you are affects the time in which you'll debut, as well as projects you will have as an artist. If you need a break do not simply go without an explanation. Contact us and tell us that you will be going on hiatus so that we know why you aren't active. Otherwise, your trainee will be deleted. Put this book in your library/reading list, whichever you prefer as long as you'll be informed of an update.

—▐ FORMS

Keep this section in mind when filling in your forms:

・Fill out the ENTIRE form. It's easier for us to portray your character in the entertainment better the more we know about them. So, please do try your best to fill out the entire form.
・Know your limits. Comes from a rich family? Sure why not. Daughter of a CEO? Yeah that's fine too. Was scouted by a company before joining GREY ENTERTAINMENT ? Why that's great as well. Speaks 7 languages, triple threat, daughter of a CEO + was scouted by the big three but declined for GREY ENTERTAINMENT? Nah boo. Not everyone is perfect and that applies to fictional characters as well. Trust us, people like it when characters have a little weird quirkiness to them and can be related to.
・Be detailed ! If there's anything we love, it's a detailed form. Remember, these are people you are writing about. Humans, who are the most complex creatures on this planet.
・Follow all regulations provided. Please follow all the rules that are put in any section of the form. If we say 5+ sentences, we MEAN 5+ sentences. Anything lower than that is terribly vague, in fact, 5 is still quite vague as well.
・Do not make your trainee related to a kpop idol or celebrity of the sort. This just rubs the wrong way. These celebrities have their family that they cherished dearly and it doesn't feel right to try to incorporate someone who doesn't exist in their personal life into it. You can, of course, have celebrity friends. State how they met and be sure to be REALISTIC.
・Beware of age gaps. No 19 year old Irenes. Absolutely not. The age gap between your trainees age and the age of their face claim should NOT surpass FOUR years. If it passes that it's simply disgusting. That's the tea.
・Pace yourself. There's no limit as to how many trainees you can have, but take it easy.
・Be creative ! As an artist irl there's nothing I value more than creativity. Well, maybe detail, but that's not the point. Creativity mija, it's beautiful. Don't bring us a mark face claim who's name is mark. It makes me feel as you put no effort into it and that makes ya girl sad.

—▐ LOVE INTERESTS
ONLY debuted artists can date. you can have anyone you please as a love interest, just as long as they are not a taken face claim. You can also have a fellow artists as a love interests, just talk it out with the creator of that artist and refer to us after. Also, be VERY careful with age gaps, preferably let's not have it past 4 years.

This is absolutely OPTIONAL, but we appreciate it. There will also be times that we'll post announcements on my message board, so it helps that you're following us to be informed of this. ( you can also follow our personals but it isn't necessary. )
