Personality: Tharsiana is perhaps the closest thing to what an angel on earth would be like. Though her outer appearance can make her appear quite intimidating, she is an absolute sweetheart, and is constantly looking out for those around her. She's very mature, and enjoys treating those younger than her, and at times even older than her, like her children. Tharsiana is the type of person that if you are hurting, she is hurting with you. She enjoys helping others solve their problems, being a skilled negotiator, and finds overwhelming happiness in seeing those who she cares for succeed. The female is surrounded by a comforting aura, that draws people to her and reassures them that they are safe. Although she is usually all smiles, comforting embraces, and thoughtful advice, when things become out of hand, Tharsiana knows how to put her foot down. Many people make the mistake of trying to step over her, but receive an unpleasant surprise when they find out she's not as naive as she seems. Background: Tharsiana was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and lived there till she was five years of age. Her family had been living well, until the company her father worked for went bankrupt, her father being left without work. Though they were devastated, Tharsiana's family didn't suffer much. Her mother still worked, and could sustain the family until her father obtained a new job. He sent job applications to different places, not limiting himself to Puerto Rico, but applying for jobs in the states as well. Months passed, and her father began to lose hope. To make matters worse, her mother's pay was starting to not be enough for the family. Just as their worries began to overwhelm them, her father received an email from a company in New York, that found him as a potential employer, and would be willing to pay the flight for him and his family to travel to New York, as well as provide housing as a benefit for working under the company. The opportunity was one too good to pass up on, so soon a 13 year old Tharsiana and her family found themselves on a plane, making their way to New York. Her father's new job paid well, and it was not long before her mother found work as well. Tharsiana and her younger brother and older sister were able to receive a prestigious and sophisticated education in New York at the same high school, and later on the same university as Mo Milagros. At first, it was extremely hard for Tharsiana in New York. She had no knowledge of the English language, and she often experienced discrimination from her schoolmates due to being a foreigner. Mo couldn't help but approach the fellow foreigner, desiring to aid her as she adapted to her new life. Tharsiana and Mo bonded over both being foreigners and in their shared interest in business, and soon discovered they shared more in common than they had thought. They became close and trusted friends and Tharsiana served as a loyal supporter and confident to Mo. She supported Mo in her opening of Grey, and Mo promised that once Tharsiana finished university, she would have a certified job in Grey Entertainment. Ceo Mo Milagros kept her promise, Tharsiana assuming the position she holds today, COO in charge of Azure Academy.
