° CHAPTER 2 °

JANUARY 26, 2019 ° 05:45 PM KST ° EAST OLYMPIC PARK, GANGNAM DISTRICT, SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA ° TRAINEE DANCE STUDIO

"Hey, Hyung!" A bubbly voice called out very loudly making head turns this way. The elder of the two raised his head to see a young boy coming into the dance studio.

"Hello, Uh–" the elder paused for a moment, cursing his short-term memory for easily forgetting names before his face lit up. "Hey, Hyunsoo!"

"Wow you actually remembered this time," Hyunsoo said to him excitedly and had a surprised tone in his voice. "Kris Hyung, I heard that a black label staff member will be mentoring us today."

"Wait, are you sure?" Krishna questioned you get who was sitting next to him. The trainees had been taught by exclusively White Label Trainers as of late and they haven't seen the Black Label Trainers yet. "They might be looking for a solo act then, it's been all White Trainers before."

Hyunsoo nodded before he had heard the door open and a bright smile was on his face once again. He called out, "Hanseul Hyung!" Hyunsoo waved to the boy, Hanseul, who had just entered the room. Hyunsoo signaled for the boy to join him and Hanseul came walking towards them before joining them on the studio floor.

"Seulah, this is Kris Hyung," Hyunsoo introduces. "Kris Hyung, this is Seulah." Hanseul bowed his head to Krishna, while Krishna reached out to shake his hand. The two froze up for a few seconds before softly laughing at the action.

"I'm Krishna,"

"And I'm Hanseul, Hyunsoo talks about you all the time, well we haven't known each for that long but he says you're really nice and I hope that we could become friends or maybe not, maybe—"

"Hyung," Hyunsoo called out. "You're rambling."

"Sorry," Hanseul replied looking flustered, rubbing the back of his neck.

Krishna chuckled at the other boy's behavior, before saying, "it's alright."

The boys nodded their heads at each other signaling a mutual start to a friendship, at least an acquaintance with the other. A few moments had passed that was filled with an awkward between the two. Hanseul looked as if he was about to say something before they heard a throat being cleared. Two men and a woman had come into the room.

"Hello again to all of you," The younger of the two men said, all eyes were immediately on them. "As you know I am Nam Jiho, I've been teaching you guys for a few classes now, I would like to introduce two of the Black Label staff, Xu ZhiKun, and Bae Jooyeon."

The room broke out into whispers not even a second later, questions about why the two were doing here.
Krishna has looked in awe at ZhiKun, Zhikun was a very well known dancer and although Krishna's dancing abilities could use some improvements, he stilled looked up to him.

"Isn't Jooyeon pretty," Hyunsoo whispered to his friends, he was placed in between the two. "She's a lyricist, but she was offered a position as a dance trainer."

"How do you know that?" Hanseul said looking at Hyunsoo weirdly and with concern. "Are you actually a sasaeng? A stalker? How do you know—"

"She used to be a famous ballerina one of the youngest before she retired," Hyunsoo said, knowing if he didn't the elder wouldn't stop with his questions. "There was a lot of news coverage on her joining Grey. I went to one of her performances before with my sister. How did you guys not hear about it?"
