Isaiah's Pov:

Isaiah stared at him in awe. 'Xan. His name is Xan.' I thought as he stretched again, the muscles in his arms straining.

He looked huge beside me, and that's saying something. I bet he could snap me like a twig.

"So- why are you here?" He asked, his voice was gentle and soft as he turned his bright blue gaze on me.

I could see the wonder that lit up his expression as he saw my eyes, one bright blue and one a light chocolate brown.

"U-Um-" I stuttered, unable to form words. "T-They should be b-bringing dinner s-soon-" I avoided his question, that being the only thing I could say at the moment  and stood.

He had stood as well, basically towering over me as he nodded "alright.."

I looked away to hide my red face "s-sweet baby J-Jesus-" I breathed and walked over to the door, feeling his gaze on me as he sized me up.

There wasn't really anything to see, I was 5'7 and around 180 pounds, my short black hair fluffled up and slightly falling into my eyes. So to him, I was fricking tiny.

I looked up at him and smirked "what? Do you like what you see?" I snorted as he blushed darkly.

'Ohmygod- ohmygod- ohmygod- why- endmenow-' I panicked in my mind as he suddenly grinned "well I don't know, you'd have to take me on a date first." (*insert a Lenny face here*)

Oh. My. God. He's trying to kill me. Like literally, I'm gonna die. He's perfect.

He laughed, his laughter ringing out like bells as I blushed "O-Oh my god-" I squeaked and covered my face with my hands.

"Oh cmon-" he snorted and was cut off as they shoved two trays into our room. "Oh- food is here.."

he glanced over at me as he reached out to grab one of the trays "MOTHER-" he yelped and pulled his hand away, spitting out a strand of words a person should never say.

"You have to wait two minutes until you can pick it up." I muttered and he glared at me as I quietly picked up my tray.

"Well thanks for letting me know." He huffed, and I grinned slightly.

"You're welcome." I added sarcastically, laughing softly.

He picked up the other tray and we ate in silence as I looked out the window.

well, by window I mean a small hole cut into the wall that showed the cloudy sky outside.

I sighed softly, picking at my food. I felt his gaze on me, his concern pouring off of him in waves. He opened his mouth again as he swallowed another bite of food and I felt my heart skip a beat.

"Are you not going to eat?"
