Looking outside my dorm window, I noticed soft pattering on the clear glass. Guess it's gonna be raining today.

I hopped out of my bed and stretched, causing some bones to pop. I grabbed my phone and plugged in my charger, placing the device on my desk.

I grabbed my towel and undergarments and made my way out of my dorm to the washrooms, making sure not to make noise as to not disturb anyone who was still sleeping. While on my way down, I saw that the light to the kitchen was turned on. Peering around the corner, it was Iida surprisingly; he seemed to be making himself a cup of tea.

"Morning Iida!" I chirped not too loudly. The boy flinched when he heard me, turning around a bit too quickly, he spun quickly, almost losing his balance.

"G-good morning [L/n]-san!" he replied abruptly, weirdly stiff.

I cocked a brow and looked at him questioningly while bullets of sweat barrelled down his face.

"Iida, are you okay? You look awfully nervous," I said, nearing the blue haired boy.

"Y-yes I am! Why w-would you think I'm n-nervous at all? Haha..." he laughed awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Well for one, you're sweating like crazy. Two, you're not doing your air chopping thing with your hands. Three, you're usually quite firm when speaking. You're stuttering quite a bit. Something's not right, Iida," I crossed my arms, skeptical of him.

   "I a-assure you, [L/n], e-everything is fine. I-I promise," he stammered.

   Sure...

Sensing the tenseness in the room, I decided to not push further. "Okay...I'll be in the washrooms if you need me," I stated, walking past the kitchen and heading to the girls' side.

Wrapping myself in my bath robe, I walked out of the shower. I heard footsteps and looked up, seeing it to be my best friend, Mina.

The pink girl waved cheerfully to me, "Good morning [F/n]!" she beamed, reaching for a hug. I hugged her and greeted her back.

Silence engulfed the air as she got into a cubicle while I gathered my stuff. Thinking back to Iida, I queried my friend, "Ne, Mina, was Iida in the kitchen?"

The girl let out a hum, "Mhmm, why are you asking though?"

"Didn't you see that he was a bit off?"

"Now why do you say that?"

"Didn't you see? He was awfully rigid, he also wasn't doing his hand thing, and plus, he was even stammering! It was really weird to see him like that."

"Why don't you talk to him about that later then?"

"I'd rather not, it's most probably something I shouldn't butt in anyways." The pink girl stayed quiet as I said that. I wasn't mad because I honestly couldn't blame her, I wouldn't know how to respond to that either.
