A smiley red-haired girl drove past the Mystic Falls sign as she reentered the town she calls home. Her coffee coloured eyes scanned the mostly empty streets, checking for any changes that may have happened since she left. The street lamps reflected in her eyes, making them shine as she looked like a kid in her favourite candy store. In a way, she was. No matter where she went, Mystic Falls will always be her favourite place in the world. Her thoughts were interrupted by her phone ringing a familiar ringtone. She looked at it, seeing the name 'Mama' flash on the screen.

"Hey mom, I just got here. I'm driving to the Mystic Grill now, I can't wait to see all their faces." The girl said excitedly into the phone.

"Hi, sweetie. They should all be at the Grill. It was difficult for me to keep this a secret." Her mom replied, in the same giddy tone.

As the red-haired girl pulled into the parking lot for the Mystic Grill she replied to her mother, "okay, I just pulled up. I'll see you at home."

"Alright, bye sweetie." Her mom said before hanging up.

The red-haired girl looked up at the building before taking a deep breath to settle her jitters. She picked up her bag from the passenger seat, got out the car and hung the bag on her arm. She strutted into the Grill with confidence and her normal smirk plastered on her face.

When she entered, the whole place went silent and turned to face her, everyone already knowing who she was. The Mikaelson's were in one corner, playing darts and eating food after all the family had just been awoken from their sleep, which is just a nice way of saying their brother stuck a dagger in their hearts. Most were confused on the sudden silence and the new girl who walked in but Klaus wasn't because he knew the red-haired girl all too well.

The Scooby gang were all there as well, close to the Mikaelsons but trying to ignore their presence as they weren't doing anything to harm them, only having some family bonding time. Caroline was the first in the group to look to the entrance and her mouth hung open, eyes watering as she saw a person she hasn't seen in person for years with a smirk on her face.

"Well?" The red-haired girl interrupted the silence. "Isn't anyone going to give their big sister a hug?"

Caroline jumped from her seat and ran to the entrance as fast as she could in front of human eyes. She squealed and hugged her big sister, crying her eyes out.

"Oh my god... Oh my god!" She said, pulling back and smoothing her sisters cherry hair down. "You're here. You're really here!"

"Of course I am, darling." She said, whipping the tears from Caroline's face. "I told you I'll always come back to you, little sister."

Everyone watched their reunion with happiness and awe, the whole town knowing how close their bond is. They then watched as the red-haired girl pulled away from her sister and walked towards the bar. She stood on a crate that was leaning against the bar to step onto the surface of the bar so everyone could see her. She bent down and grabbed a glass then held it up to the sky.

"THE QUEEN IS BACK, BITCHES!" She screamed before everyone cheered and clapped for her as she downed the drink all in one go. "Drinks all around, on me!"

Two guys who were sat by the bar held out their hands to help her step onto a stool and then leap onto the floor.

She walked back over to the Scooby gang as everyone went to the bar to order their free drinks. Everyone in the gang who knows who she is already started standing up to hug her while Alaric, Damon and Stefan were very confused, seeing as they've never seen the girl before.

"Elena Gilbert and Bonnie Bennett, my how you've grown into gorgeous young women." She smiled before pulling them both into a hug. "I missed you girls."
