(im sorry if this is mostly based on tom. i just really want to possibly make multiple chapters on this night because i feel it has potential) (its also a little different from the others in the writing style)
'What would happen if i walked outside?' the boys thought. well, at least tom.The rain outside was almost gonna crack the windows, and Tom thought something that would be considered insane to everyone he knew.
He was going to go outside.
Tom knew that he was gonna be scolded but he needed to know what was going on outside, he was just that type of person. He was going to go to the river behind his house. Tom quietly walked to the front door to grab a umbrella and put on his shoes, after he did so he decided to try and write a note in case his parents noticed he was gone and put it on the front door. After that,
He opened the door.
Tom walked outside, quickly opening the umbrella and slowly closed the front door behind him. the rain was pouring down and you could barely hear a thing other than the sounds of smashing water on the green and wet terrain. He slowly walked through the slowly flooding grounds to a river in the forest. right at that moment, a light lit the sky, followed by another and another. tom felt like he was being watched as he heard everything around him to an ear piercing degree. the storm became so loud that his head was spinning, he was getting scared.
Another light.
Then another.
And another.
Repeatedly.
He felt tired now, he refused to close his eyes no matter what went into them.
he was scared.
he had never experienced a storm like this before and he unknowingly looked up and quickly closed his eyes as a bright light was appearing in the sky right above him, it landed right next to him. his umbrella was ripped away from his hands quickly and he was completely vulnerable to the storm.
Tom then wanted to run back inside his home but he couldn't see it through the intense fog and trees. He immediately regretted walking out into the storm and then quickly turned when he felt his feet slipping
Tom's eyes wide with fear, he fell into the river as it started to carry him away from land. He cried but not a soul would hear him over the storm. After that tom closed his eyes and prayed to see his friends and family at least one more time.
And then something made his blood stop.
His foot got caught in between two rocks in a part of the river that was filling up fairly quickly. He just kept screaming and panicking over the fear going throughout his body.
Lightning struck.
(I felt like writing something a little weird. I dont think i was trying to do anything with this so just tell me if you would like this to be just filler or a real chapter. I also wrote this on my phone. Well finished. Welp)
