Y/n POV
I woke up and turned off the alarm. Check my phone and headed to the bathroom. Take a shower and changed. Ya know as usual. I went downstairs and saw my mom watching some shows.
"No breakfast?" I said
"No good morning?" She replied
"Uh sorry. Good morning my beautiful mother" I mocked
"No breakfast today because we're out of food. Im going to buy it later" She said "Finn is your tutor and also your schoolmates right?" She asked
"Yeah why? Also i guess im not going to the tuition anymore because Finn can teach me at school. That's easier" I said while looking for something to eat in the fridge
"He seems nice. A good boy. I liked him" She looked at you and smiled
"Um yeah he is...so?" I frowned my eyebrows
"I would love if he is part of this family" She smiled
"Mom.... are you trying to make me dating Finn?" I sit beside her
"What? You dont like him?" She said
"I dont know. He's just...um..." i said looking down
"*sigh* let's go" She said
We get in the car and she drove me to school
At school
I go to my locker, taking some Science books. Then Sadie showed up beside me.
"What's with that face?" She said
"Nothing" You sighed "My mom....she...she wants me and Finn-"
"DATING?!" Sadie cut you off "Oh my god y/n!! Your mom liked him too so go get him" She said
"Shh dont too loud" You shushed her (?) "Finn got game today so you coming?" You asked
"Yeah only if you're going" She said
"I go now let's go to class" You pulled her
In Science class
Everyone is so loud. The class was kinda noisy. You just sit at your place chatting with Sadie when suddenly Millie show up.
"Hey girls!!!!" Millie ran while waving at us
"Oh my god Millie!!!" Me and Sadie hugged her
"I miss you guys so much" Millie said
"We miss you too" Sadie said
"So how's the trip?" I said
"Good" She said
"Are you go-" The teacher came in
Everyone go to their place back and struggling open the book. Then a curly headed boy came in the class.
"We have a new student today. Please introduce yourself" Mr Jackson said
"Good morning everyone. My name is Jack Dylan Grazer and you can call me Jack" Jack said
"Thank you. Let me find you a place to sit. Um y/n? Can you move to the back table and sit with Jack please" Mr Jackson said
"Now i got no time to talk with my girls" You whispered under your breath so just you can hear
You pack your things and move to the back table. Then he walk up to you and sit beside you. He plop his bag on the floor and take out the books. The teacher start the class. You were so quiet during the whole class. Jack didn't even break the silence. He always took a quick glance at you. Then you notice that he did it so many times and you got annoyed
"What do you want?" You faced him and slam the table (not hard)
"Oh um n-nothing" He stuttered
"If you need help, you can just ask okay?" You rolled your eyes
"Um o-okay" His attention went back to the teacher
The class finished and you pack your things. Jack still beside you, packing his things. Then he walked out of the class.
"See you at the cafeteria" Millie and Sadie said and you nodded
"Hey Jack! Wait!" You chased him
"What?" He turned around and faced you
"Um im sorry for being rude just now. My mood wasn't good after Mr Jackson asked me to change place" You said looking down
"It's okay. I'll ask Mr Jackson to change my place tomorrow" He said
"No. Im okay sitting beside you. I just wanted to say sorry. Let's be friends, okay?" You put up your right hand and smiled
He smiled back and nodded. Then you walked out of the class with him. You went to your locker then to his.
"Wanna have lunch break with me and my friends?" You said
"Sure" He smiled
"Im y/n by the way" You said while walking with him
"Nice to meet you y/n" He smiled
At cafeteria
You saw all of them already at the table, eating.
"Hey guys" You waved at them "We got new student today. Jack, these are my friends. Finn, Caleb, Gaten, Noah, Sadie and Millie. Guys, this is Jack" You introduce Jack at them
They waved at Jack and Jack waved back.
"Come. You can sit here" You lead him and he sit beside you
You saw that Finn look kinda disappointed, kind of upset and a bit jealous but you just ignore him. The boys had a good talk with Jack except Finn. He's so quiet, eating his food and didn't even look at Jack
The school bell rings. Sadie and Millie walked together and the boys walked with Jack except Finn.
Y/n POV
Finn finished his food and walked alone so i decided to walk with him. He looks different. Like he's sad
"Hey Finnie, are you okay?" I asked
"Yeah im good" he looked down
"You sure? Cause you look-"
"You're coming, right?" He cut me off
"What?" I said
"The game" He said
"Oh yeah im coming. I have to support my best friend, right?" I laughed trying to lighten his mood
Gladly he smiled. All of a sudden he hugged me
"Thank you" He said
"Uh you're welcome" I said awkwardly
He pulled away and walked to his class while me just standing in froze of what just happened.
