Chapter 35: Time

I got ready, wearing some clothes Liam gave to me

One of his joggers and huge sweater

It was cold so it felt good

Christmas was soon approaching and I wanted to give Liam and Leah a Christmas they will never forget, besides them going to my parents house

This will probably take away all the guilt I was feeling

I went downstairs to find Liam, Clarissa, and Leah seated on the table already talking

"Umm, babe"

He looked up with the cutest grin, I rarely call him that

"Yes beautiful?"

"Im going to the store to get a few things, I will be right back" I said with a blush

He nodded his head

"Do you need any money?" Liam said taking out his credit card

I want to give them a surprise meaning I have to use my own money, so I unfortunately had reject the offer

"No, it's fine"

I walked over to him and kissed him on the cheek

Then I went over to Leah and did the same

Clarissa mouthed "Don't forget" to me

Why is she even in today? Liam and I are both not working

I nodded to her and quickly left, I had also convinced Liam to make me use one of his trucks

I arrived to Wal-Mart to begin my shopping

I brought two Christmas trees, one white one green

Lots and lots of decorations, including a mistletoe, because I'm naughty like that

Many baking ingredient and supplies, presents would have to come when I get my next pay check

By the time I was done, I had to use like 3 carts, thankfully, one of the employees helped me

I knew it I needed a truck

I drove back to Liam's place, and I couldn't find anyone

I looked in most rooms, I asked the maid,I even asked Milo, and that's when I got my answer

Apparently they all left to go take Leah to the playground

I sighed, well that gives me time to decorate while they aren't here

I asked the maid to help me put away the baking supplies

I set up the green tree in the bigger living room, decorated with many ornaments, candycanes, I even put a cute carpet under

I put decorations along the stairs and on the walls

When I reached upstairs, I put the white tree in Leah's room, and decorated it as I did to the green one

When I finally finished, the sky was getting lightly dark, and the house looked so beautiful, even the maid complimented me

I was really about to quit my job to become an interior designer

I wonder where the others were, just like majic I heard the front door open, I also heard a gasp

"Renae?" I heard Liam call my name

I popped out from the kitchen to look at them, Leah was already sleeping

"You did all of this?" He asked in awe
