We walk in the front door of the boarding house. I'm instantly pinned to the wall by my throat because of...Elena? All of a sudden, I fall to the ground, finally breathing normal again. Elena, or whoever she is, screams out in pain as she holds her head tightly in her hands. I finally notice a dark-skinned girl in the room, keeping her gaze locked on the vampire that attacked me. The girl eventually stops screaming (finally!) and I put my head in my hands, my brain rattling with confusion. I notice the girl who helped me walk over and put an arm around me. "I'm sorry for confusing you. I'm Bonnie. And that's Katherine." (A/N or Katerina but I'm going with Katherine) She nods her head over to the Elena lookalike. "Elena is her doppelgänger." she explains, as if reading my mind. I nod slowly, taking it all in. "Where do I sleep?" I ask, yawning. Damon comes and takes my hand, helping me up. He lifts me up, bridal-style, and carries me up to his room. He gently lays me down on the bed, climbing in next to me. I soon fall asleep with a smile on my face.
