I smile down at my newborn girl. I named her Calla (Pronounced Cal Uh), or Cal for short. Calla Mari Salvatore. She opens her eyes and stares up at me with her ice-blue orbs. I obviously don't want her eyes that color, but I can't change it. She coos and reaches up to my face. I smile as she pulls at my hair. The door creaks open, since it wasn't completely shut. Has anyone ever heard of closing the god damn door...no? I guess not. "Aly..." he says. No. Don't do this. Not now. "Why are you doing this? Can I at least get an explanation?" I whisper. He smashes his lips to mine, and the last thing I hear before I fall asleep from compulsion is him telling me he loves me. When I wake up, Cal is gone.
