Adrian's POV
"What the fuck are you doing here, just leave her alone" I said to Klaus,
"my sweet boy, don't you see I need her before you decide to change her." Klaus said with a slight smile
"shut the fuck up!" I yelled as I charged him, I grabbed his shoulders and threw him across the street he gained his footing and charged me
"you incomputable fool," he yelled as he grabbed my shoulders and threw me into a tree
"just leave her alone, I already lost Emily, I will not let her get hurt!" I yelled as I pushed him off me,I took off running, using my vampire speed, I grabbed his waist and slammed him back onto the ground.

  This went on for a while, he got a few good punches in and I got my fair amount.  "enough, if you fuck up, just know." he grinned "Ill be there to get her, I need her" with that being said he took running. I went back to Marinettes house and saw her cleaning the dishes, I knocked on the door and she jumped dropping the dishes in the sink and started walking to the door, she opened it and smiled
"are you okay? she asked
"may I come in," I asked
"of course" she smiled and stepped to the side I tested to see if I could and I walked in I let out a sigh when I wasn't stopped.
"i'm sorry Marinette, but I need you to be carful with what you do" I said trying not to give out too much information
"Adrian, before you go on and try to say anything more I need to ask." she trailed off "is, it um, is it true vampires came back?" she asked looking down not meeting my eyes,
"yes, and Klaus is one of them, that is why I begging you, please be carful and DON'T LET HIM IN. Nino and I will be there if anything happens, I promise" I said pulling her into a hug, ' I wish you knew' I thought as she hugged me back. "well I hate to leave you but don't allow any one in, please. I need you to be safe" I said as she pulled away
"I promise" she smile and I bided her a good night and took off home.

Marinettes POV
After Adrian left I want back to doing dishes "soo what was MR oh so hot doing here?" Tiki said causing me to once again drop the dishes
"jesus fuck Tiki" I said "you scared me" I added she just laughed
"please explain why he was here" she grinned leaning onto the counter
"he was making sure I was okay. " I managed to say causing me to blush as I went back to cleaning. I looked up at Tiki who took a swig out of a flask. "what are you drinking?" I asked her in a stern voice
"nothing you should worry about" she smiled
"TIKI, what are you drinking!" I shouted
"fine it's vodka, I'm trying to behave but I can't" she said with tears leaving her eyes.
"oh Tikes, I know this is hard" I said letting my own tears escape " but you need to stop, I don't want you getting hurt or worse killed"
"whats the worst that gonna happen, I'm with a group of friends who.."
"who are as dumb as you're being, I don't need you getting arrested, I need my sister, I want you to cope with this in a healthy way, I need you to stop with the drugs and the drinking" I said sobbing at this point Tiki looked at me her eyes wide "I can't promise Ill stop, I can't promise ill be good. But what I can promise is ill be there for you, weather I'm high or drunk" she said through her tears
"Fine just go get ready for bed, please I want to be alone right now" I said going back to the dishes.

She came up behind me her hand rested on my shoulder, "I know you have a lot of guilt, you survived, I need you too big sister, I need you more then you will ever know. I miss momma and papa too." she said more tears coming out of my eyes
"good night Tikes" I said through the tears
"Night Mari" she whispered and walked up stairs, my hands gripped the counter and I began shaking as I  cried "I'm sorry momma, I'm sorry papa, I should have died with you, I should be with you" I sobbed, I finished the dishes and walked upstairs to have a shower and get ready for bed, Tiki was probably  drinking her problems away and I wanted to check on her. ' ill do it after my shower' I thought and walked into the bathroom, getting undressed and stepped into the shower, letting the hot water hit my face washing away the day, the stress the guilt.
I stepped out the shower and put on a white tank top, and pink pajama pants, walked out and walked over to Tikis room, I knocked on the door and she called "come in" I opened the door and stuck my head in
"hey, you okay? I know I've been difficult and you've been my rock, but I never asked how your doing" I said with a sad smile she looked up from her homework and tears streamed down her face
"Mari, i- im not doing too well" I walked in and pulled my sister in a awkward hug " let's talk about it" I calmly said

"I feel broken and lost, you where the last one to see them alive, you saw momma die, you got to say goodbye. I drink to numb that pain, I drink to help me get over what we've been going through. My heart hurts" she sobbed in my chest "I-im pushing people away, because I hate that they still have their parents, I have my sister, and family photos. i- i just don't what to do. I hate feeling this way, I try to be brave for you Mari but I'm cracking, I know I worry you," she continued I just held her closer
"I love you Tiki we will get through this I promise" I said my face buried in her hair, she used my shampoo "Tiki did you use my shampoo?" I said trying to lighten the mood, she let out that awkward laugh that had a sob mixed into it.
"I did, so what"
"that was mine, " I laughed causing her to laugh harder. "Tiki I know it's hard but no matter what you'll have your sister, forever and always" I said pulled her out the hug, I wiped her tears and smiled
"always and forever" she smiled back
"and before I forget im gonna try cheer leading again, ill give you the keys to the Bakery tomorrow after school. Okay?" I smiled again at her
"Sounds good, momma and papa would be proud of you" she let out "ill try to get back into debate, but like you I need time." she added I nodded my head and hugged her again.
"now hurry and finish your homework, ill see you in the morning" I smiled at her and walked out her room, and going to mine, I sat at my desk, I pulled out my Diary

  ~dear diary,
it's been a rough few days, I look at my ex and I want to beat
the shit outta him, if it wasn't for Tiki and my best friend Alya
I probably would have by now, I'm gonna try cheer leading again,
but I also have the Bakery to run now as well, so that means no
more late nights. i'll have to be up at 5 am and bake all the stuff
Tiki will mind the store till I can get back.
Also, there's this crazy hot guy in town, His name is
Adrian Agreste and I don't know why it sounds so familiar .
he seems nice but things can change right.

I finished writing and hid my diary in my desk, I let out a sigh and walked to my bed, getting under the covers, set my alarm to 4 am, and let the sleep consume me, dragging me into a somewhat peaceful slumber.

~~~~the next morning~~~~
My alarm clock went off at 4 am I got up and put my school stuff together, I went to my dresser and pulled out a black V- neck shirt with flowers running up the side, fanning out over my breast, I paired it with a black skirt, and a pair of black flats, I stumbled into the bathroom, I washed my face and put my hair in a pony tail, brushed my teeth and walk out, went down stairs, opened the front door, walked next door into the bakery, I tuned on the oven and began making puff pasteries, bread, the cake orders,
and macaroons, I made a bit of everything, I heard the bell in the front ring and I looked past the door and saw Tiki, she was wearing a bright red dress with a black sash around her waist, she had on a pair of black flats "good morning sister" I called
"morning sis" she yawned "It smells good in here"
"thanks, I'm almost done if you wanna start putting them in the show cases" I smiled, she grabbed a few trays and began putting the baked goods away.

It took us about 30 minutes to get cleaned up, we where about to head out when Tiki stopped me "your forgetting something, she pointed at the apron and I blushed "shit," I muttered and ran to the backroom to hang it up, while I was back there I made sure the ovens where off, I walked back the front and Tiki took my hair out the Pony "there now you look put together" she smiled
"thanks sister" I smiled back we walked out the bakery, I turned and locked the door, putting the key in my purse. I walked next to Tiki, Alya joined us, Chloe close behind us, and Tiki's best friend Plagg. I smiled at our small group as we talked about our homework, and events that where going on "So I heard you two re opened the bakery. Is that true?" Chloe asked I looked over at her and smiled
"yes it is we needed to do something other then sit at home"
"thats amazing you guys have the best goodies!!" Alya said excitedly.

After a long and happy walk, we reached the school, we all went our separate ways and headed to our classes.
