a bad day turned great

Tiki's POV
Plagg and I walked down the halls to our English class, "so how are holding up Tikes?" he asked I gave him a sad look and Murmured
"not good, Mari is holding a lot of guilt, and I feel bad causing her more stress by drinking and doing drugs. I know I should stop but it's how i'm coping, that and talking to you" he grabbed my wrist causing me to stop, I turned and looked at him "Tiki I may not know what you're going through, but know im always here for you okay" he gave me a sadder smile, I embraced him and held him close to me.
"you're the best Plagg, you have no idea" I cried into his chest. he wrapped his arms around me and held me closer
"just let it out, you have been strong for everyone. Let me be there for you, okay?" he whispered I nodded my head
"okay" I managed to say, he let me go and wiped my tears, my blue eyes looked into his amazing green and I smiled at him "thank you" I smiled at him
"anytime Sugar cube" he smiled back causing me to blush we started walking to our math class and waited for the teacher, "Hey Tikes any idea if you wanna rejoin the debate team, we could use you for nationals!" a brunette girl asked
"I don't know, Mari and I re opened the Bakery, and she needs me there, im sorry Autumn" I gave her a sad smile knowing I didn't want to re join, I hated debate, I fight enough with Marinette, I don't need to prove others wrong too.
"Oh that's okay, just let me know if you have a change of heart okay" she smiled her overly happy smile, I didn't pay attention, I pulled out my book and began reading, then I felt my phone vibrate I pulled it out and read the message
~Tiki, remember have a good day, I love you sister. Thank you for everything you do. Mari~ I shed a few tears and texted my sister back
~I love you too brat, have a good day too sister, forever and always TIKI~ I sent it and put my cell away when the bell rang. Mr. Fault walked in and smiled at us " hello class how is everyone" he asked the class smiled back and said how amazing they where, I sank in my chair "Tiki is it true you re opened your families bakery?" He asked me
"um yeah I manage the front and Marinette bakes everything, Papa had taught her, my momma taught me to manage the front" I gave a sad smile remembering my parents, I chocked back the tears that formed in my eyes, a few escaping my eyes "I um need to go" I said picking up my things and running out the classroom, I rounded the hall and ran smack into someone, "sorry, im so sorry" I managed
"Tiki?" she asked I looked up and saw the blue black hair and bluebell eyes
"mari" I whispered hugging my sister, she pulled me closer placing a hand on the back of my head my face buried in her chest.

Marinettes POV

I held Tiki for a long time just letting her cry, she's been so strong for a long time, "it's okay sister, im here" I whispered running my figures through her hair, she just continued to sob
"I m-miss t-them Mari! I -I mi-miss momma and papa" my heart dropped and I held her closer,
"I do too Tiki, but it'll be okay." I said as calmly as I could I swallowed the lump in my throat, 'no I need to be strong for my sister' I thought
"is everything okay?" I looked up and saw Mr Damocles our Principle,
"yes sir, just having a hard day" I smiled but he didn't believe it
"follow me to the office girls" he said I pulled Tiki away and wrapped my arm around her shoulder, her sobbing had turned into silent tears.

We reached Mr. Damocles office and Tiki and I sat down "girls how are you?" he asked causing Tiki to cry out again
"as you can see not too well something happened in her class. I think someone brought up our family"I said with a sad smile holding my sisters hand.
"Tiki what happened?" He asked, Tiki looked up her face red and her makeup smudged,
"Mr. fault asked if we reopened the bakery, I said yes and I remembered my momma and papa" she cried I gripped her hand tighter
"you see sir, she was close to our mother, she taught her everything she knew about the front counter and so many other skills like painting, and room decoration and how to make her cookies" I smiled at my sister, "I was close to my Papa, he taught me to bake, and cook. but they both taught us to always be there for each other" he gave us a sad smile handing Tiki a box of tissues
"girls where you ready to come back?" he asked
"we need to get out the house, our parents pictures are still up" I said to him
"if you need to excuse yourself from school Ill allow it." he said I looked at Tiki and helped her up
"Is it okay if we go home?" I asked, he nodded yes and my sister and I walked out the school, I texted Alya and Nino saying we left ~okay dudette just be careful!" Nino texted back
~take care of your sister!~ Alya responded I looked at my sister
"hey let's go get ice cream and well watch a movie okay? ill also make your favorite breakfast" I smiled, she nodded her head and we walked to the store, I picked up mint chocolate chip, and she picked out a peanut butter one "ready sis" I gave her a reassuring smile and she nodded again, her eyes where puffy she let out a deep sigh, we walked to the check out and I paid for the treats.
