Person B is a large fan of A, and wishes they knew A, but so did millions.
Person B can do many things to try and meet A, this includes:
-Getting close to A's best friend/brother or sister
-Going to a meeting and greet
-Sending them a bunch of mail until they finally have to look
-Or simply just running into them on their way to a store
