(Rose pov)
•It was june 24 1864•

A day after my brothers death, I wasn't in the mood for anything all I kept think about was how I pulled the trigger and killed me father, but the weird part is that I love the feeling of him dead and not being in my life no more but I hated the feeling of my brothers gone forever I mean that's what he deserved right?? After what he did or am I wrong for that...

They where supposed to be there for me whenever I had boy drama or even do family things but that was never gonna happen anymore,i had no family cause of Katherine. One day I'm going to find her and kill her, I swear on my mothers grave that will be the last thing I do.

•SIX MONTHS LATER•

I heard the word that Katherine was in New Orleans so me being the smart one, I went there trying to see who ever knew her would tell me where she lived or stayed at but no luck.

Even tho I was 16 years old it still felt like it was yesterday when I was 10,Stefan was 11 and Damon was 17 we where playing hide n seek in an farm in the middle of the woods. thinking of that memory makes me wanna cry but I can't cause then I won't stop crying.

I looked around the town and found a bar packed with people that looked Happy, wow something that I haven't felt in a while,so this better be good.

I walked into the bar seeing drunk people singing and dancing, just having a good time, I wish I was having a good time but I came here for one thing Only just too kill Katherine Pierce. I looked at the bartender and asked for some bourbon I said smiling reminded me of Damon's favorite drink.

He gave me the drink and I said thanks,I got up from where I was sitting and this guy with a strong muscle bumped into me, "pardon yourself" I said annoyed, "sorry love I didn't see you there." He said looking at me
"Of course you didn-" I looked up at him and he was so cute.

"I'm Niklaus" he said smiling at me and twirling his drink around. "Im rosemary but just call me rose". I said smiling at him while drinking my bourbon. I hated drinking but it's whatever.

"What is a lovely girl doing here all alone" he said. "Just passing by nothing really to get back to at home so" I said with a fake smile. "Sassy much" Niklaus said.

"Noisy much" I said and he just laughed. "I'm starting to like u love, do you wanna ditch and do something else or sit around like a bunch of bores" he said with a faint smile. "First off don't call me love my name is rose and second why should I trust u". I said with a fake smile

"U can be a bore and not do anything but be here or have a little bit of fun with me, you don't have to trust me or not just know I would never let no one hurt you" he said looking at me waiting for my answer

"Ya no one is gonna hurt me because your gonna do it yourself" I said. "Fine love or I mean rose be a bore" he said walking off

"Wait Niklaus". I said given in on his trust, he looked at me with a smirk and walked back towards me. "Change of heart love!?" He said with a hand out for me to take, which I did and playfully rolled my eyes. "I only agreed to this because I have nothing to do here". We walked out the door with are hands interlock.

"So where did u come from?" He said.
"I came from mystic falls, the land of the weird and home of the even weirder" I said with a chuckle. I looked up at the man named Niklaus and he just smiled at me.
