Chapter sixteen: A real man

Toni POV
The door swing open .

" guys hurry up I'm tired of standing in front of the door. I want to party." Veronica groan

" okay we leaving right now Veronica. Don't get your panties twisted." Cheryl say as she grab my hands.

We hear the loud music fill the house. " Are you guys on good terms now?" Veronica ask then taking a sip on her drink.

"Yeah V everything is more than okay . Someone decided to give us a chance." Cheryl say before hitting me.
I kiss her forehead before saying "I'm going to get us a drink
I'll be back bombshell ."

I walk in the kitchen grabbing 3 cups. When someone bumps me . Great it's Reggie I really wasn't in the mood for conflict .

" what in the hell were you and Cheryl doing you serpent trash?"

"It's none of your business what happened in there . Now buzz off the girls are waiting for me." When I try to walk around him he stop me again.

"look Cheryl is my girl she belongs to me.so don't think for once she'll be interested in a freak like you."He laugh

" I mean look at you.you're to short ,Your hair is fucking pink . You're fucking scrawny . Why would she want you ?when she can have me."

I grin " that's not what she told me."I admit I am short for a guy I'm like 5'7  I thought

"and Cheryl doesn't belongs to anyone. She's not a fucking Trophy you dick."

Reggie push me causing me to spill the drinks. I push him back and he fell on the table.  He got up yelling " I'm going to kill you." Before rushing into me. We both fall on the ground wrestling.

"Guys stop no fighting at my party ." Veronica yell as Archie and Chuck pull us apart.

" Reggie leave now ."

"What why me ?why can't this freak leave?" He yelled

"Because you started all this mess. Now go you're messing up my party with all this childish behavior."

" not without Cheryl we came together now we leave together ." He look at Cheryl

"Reggie Im not going with you I'm staying here."

" what?! you were all over me. Now you acting like you don't like me. What the hell Cheryl?"I could tell he feeling was hurt . I can't blame the guy Cheryl is amazing .

"Reggie I'm sorry I don't like you. I was only using you to make Toni angry. I'm really sorry for using you like that." Cheryl apologize she seem sincere .

" huh ,what you picking this serpent scum over me , what would your parents think?"

" that's none of your business Reggie I want Toni not you."She says holding my hands.

" so you don't care that he's a serpent now?"  Cheryl was silent. He grin " see you can't like a low life freak like him. When you want a real man you know where to find me."He says before leaving

Flashback
"Mom I want to identify as a male." I told my mother. I always felt like I was supposed to be a guy and not a female.

"Sweetheart you can't I know you were born with a part you shouldn't have, but that doesn't mean you could just change your gender. You was born a girl and a girl you'll stay." She say sternly

"But mom I know in my heart I'm a male."

"Antoinette that's enough you are a female. You just confused."She grab a mirror

" look at you such a beautiful girl.we just have to save enough money to remove your added part. Do you understand me?" She ask sternly.Tears running down my face as I nod my head. "Don't bring this up again. You will never be a real man ."
End of flashback

I let go of Cheryl hand and walk away from them.

I could hear Cheryl calling my name but I didn't care. I went outside .

Getting ready to get on the bike. When Cheryl took my helmet out my hand . " you not going anywhere without me ." She says putting on my helmet. I help her get on the bike my hands feeling her delicious curves. I got on and feel Cheryl wrap her arms around me.

My heart beat fast this girl going to give me a heart attack. "Where you want to go ?" I ask Cheryl

"It doesn't matter Toni I just want to be with you." She hold me tighter .

We drove off just riding around.when We end up back at my place. Cheryl look around I admit I was a little embarrassed about my house . My house is probably the same size of Cheryl closet.

She smile at me saying "I love it." She look around my room . Why don't you have any pictures of yourself? You have all this beautiful photos but none of you."

" I grab her by her waist " I don't know. Like I say before I like taking pictures of beautiful things.and I'm not beautiful." I joke

Cheryl grin "you kidding right. You probably the hottest guy in school right now.We would make a great power couple." She says looking at me

"Awe ,Cheryl you thinking about us being together already. I didn't even take you out on a date yet." I teased

She push me  "shut up Toni you know what I meant."I grin before saying "yeah I know what you meant and we would make a great couple." I say before searching for a movie. I look to see Cheryl blushing.

we put on a movie and cuddle with a little kisses here and there.I'm addicted to this girl her lips, her smile ,how she takes charge That's my kind of women.

"Toni why you always run away?"

I take a deep breath that's all I know. I been running away from my problems as long as I could remember."

"But why?" She question rubbing my cheeks

" I never had anyone Cheryl. My parents could never accept me. I always been on my own Cheryl." I say with tears rolling down my eyes.

" you have me now Toni you're not alone any more." She says before kissing me ............

Next day

Come on let's play football. Coach says " Reggie and Toni you're the captains pick a team. "Reggie you pick first."

"Okay I want chuck ."  Reggie says.
Then I pick Archie and the names went on and on till they were two guys left . Kevin and Jughead. But when Reggie pick Kevin I was so mad. I wanted to pick Kevin I thought.

"Toni why didn't you pick me ? I was the last one to get pick ."He ask like his feelings were hurt.

I felt bad but Jughead doesn't have a athletic bone in his body. I was about to open my mouth to say something.when the cheerleaders came out on the field .

I could feel eyes staring at me . I didn't want to look up because I know it was Cheryl and I didn't want to blush in front of all the guys .

But when I bend down to tie my shoelaces I heard someone yell "nice butt Topaz." Followed by the girls giggling . I look up with red cheeks to see Cheryl smirking. This girl is going to be the death on me.

"Topaz get over here the game is about to start."coach call out .
