I warm up my body first and begin to train my body by fighting both of them by not using my quirk. Well, it's actually avoiding Tomu-niichan touching me and Kurogiri assisting him using his warp hole. Tomu-niichan is using a special glove, so even he touches me, he won't decay me by using his quirk.

After avoiding him for an hour, the number of times he touches me is the same amount of push ups and sit ups I'll do as punishment, and it's always up to an hundred or more.

After the intense punishment, we immediately started my third training which is emotion stability, but even though we called it like that, it was just basically maintaining my heart beat in the speed that they instructed to me on the middle of the 'gym', meditating while in the darkness. If they instructed me to go for a slow beat, I need to relax and clear my mind, if it is a fast beat they want, I need to think of something that make my heart beat fast (like something exciting or angry, maybe this is the part where my emotions are involve).
