Sola awoke the next morning to five heads hovering above her.
"What the fuck did you do last night?" Namjoon, her dear older brother, bluntly asked her.
Sola scrunched up her face and turned over on her side, pulling the thin sheet under her chin and mumbled something unintelligible. Namjoon grabbed the sheet down by her feet and tugged once, effectively pulling the sheet all the way off of her. Sola groaned, curling in on herself to make up for the warmth that just left her.
"You can't keep this secret for long, Sola," Namjoon sing-songed, walking away with the sheet and moving on to do the morning chores.
"You also have training to do today," Jimin said, still crouched down next to her. "Yoongi's bright and shining face is even going to join us."
"Can't hear you, 'm asleep," Sola mumbled. Jimin just chuckled and lightly patted her thigh, standing up to his full height.
Taehyung kept his concerned stare on Sola, wondering if she was really going to sleep forever. Hoseok looked at Jimin, "Don't you think she deserves to rest today?"
"Yeah, what he said!" Sola sleepily cheered, pointing a finger at Hoseok with her eyes still closed.
Jimin rolled his eyes, "No. It's her own fault she's so tired today. Besides, we're already a day behind with traveling and what not. We can't afford a day off."
As Hoseok and Jimin quietly argued about whether or not Sola really had to train today, Taehyung squatted down by Sola's face. He poked her cheek a couple of times, and when her eyes shot open, he quickly retracted his head.
"You dead?" He asked, concerned.
Sola blinked up at him, "A little."
"Well, me too. Get up and do your shit," Taehyung said, giving the girl's thigh a much harder pat, borderline slap, and Sola jolted up from her bed on the ground, only to see that everyone had already gone.
With a loud, guttural groan, Sola heaved herself off of her matt and got ready for the day. The small shack was crowded with normal clutter that comes with living with five other people, but Sola didn't mind. She was lucky and happy to have a roof over her head.
The girl rolled up her matt and placed it with the others in a supply closet. She stepped over rucksacks that didn't have anywhere else to go and grabbed an apple from the small table in the middle of the room.
Namjoon had disappeared to fetch some water and to do the laundry, meanwhile, Taehyung had gone to the markets to buy food for the six of them. Hoseok went to work at a cafe in the middle of the village. Yoongi and Jimin were right outside of their humble shack, waiting for Sola.
Sola stepped out into the sunlight, squinting at the bright beams as she lifted her hand to give her face some shade. "Don't you look happy to be out and about," Yoongi teased as he watched the girl shrug over to them.
"Absolutely thrilled, Min Yoongi," Sola grumbled, rubbing her tired eyes.
To be honest, her body was quite sore. Sure, she had trained with Jimin plenty of times, but she had never really dueled with someone until last night. She had never had to hop around so much when she trained with Jimin, as she had never had to avoid bending.
When she came home last night, she crashed and immediately fell into a deep sleep. Jimin had beat her home once he saw that she had resorted to water bending to win, and he knew she had it covered. However, he waited until she was asleep to look over her and to see if she had any injuries, not that he would ever admit that to her. Jimin knew Sola could handle herself, and she hated when people doubted her, and loved to prove those people wrong. She was hard headed and stubborn, but she had the skills and power to back it up.
