Chapter 19 × A & E

(Elaine's POV)

I sat in my chair, starting in adoration at my mate. He was sleeping, his muscular chest slowly moving up and down.

I had been watching him for about an hour. He just looked so peaceful and loving.

'Creeping much?' Scarlett scoffed.

'Hush up. Go to sleep. I want alone time with mate just like you got.' I replied.

I heard Fayore giggle and I smiled. I viewed her as my sister and it felt nice to guide her through life and make her laugh.

'Not until I see what you're into. You might be some undercover sadist or some shi-'

'Watch it.' I warned, I refused to allow Scarlett to taint Fayore.

'You guys are really funny.' The pure one of the group spoke.

I laughed and jumped when I heard a growl. I quickly looked toward the bed to see no one. I frowned in confusion and scanned the room.

Suddenly, a growl was heard behind me and I quickly sunk into the shadows. Mate chuckled and I came back up.

"That wasn't funny! I could have seriously gotten hurt and you-" I was cut off by a kiss.

I moaned and wrapped my arms around his waist. I jumped up, wrapping my legs around his waist. He gripped my hips and laid me on the bed.

I pushed my nails into his back and sighed quietly. I naturally wasn't very loud and I think he liked it from his next sentence.

"Mate's all mine." He whispered roughly and I nodded.

"All yours."

He pulled up my shirt and pressed feathery kisses to my stomach.

'You slut! Here you are, forbidding me to mate him. But the next day, you are practically jumping him!' Scarlett grumbled.

I giggled, 'Don't say that around Fay. Plus, I never said you couldn't do other things.'

'You b*tch!' She hissed with a huff.

'Scarlett said a bad word!' Fayore giggled. I sighed and listened as Scarlett groaned and went to sleep, along with Fay.

"Pay attention to me, mate." Aeranian growled, licking his mark.

I gasped and smiled, "Okay."

"Where we go?"

"Uhm...How about the mall?" I asked. I wasn't too big of a fan of shopping, but I wanted to get some dresses.

"Why?"

"Well, I am not as procrastinating as Fay. I know the ball is next month and I know Fay will stall. So, I'm going to buy her some dresses to choose from." I said, nodding to myself.

H chuckled and I bit my lip at his low voice, "Mate is right."

I nodded and stood up. I closed my full black eyes and breathed out. I made my eyes turn regular, with just black pupils. I only did it so I didn't scare the weak humans. My black hair put itself in a tight bun at the top of my head and my clothes changed. I now wore Killeso's all black shirt, black leggings, and black uggs.

"You cover up. Good." Aeranian smirked, staring at my covered body.

"Yeah, well, I like to be comfortable."

Aeranian came and crouched down in front of me. I smiled and jumped on his back with me laughing. He chuckled and ran out the room, making me bounce with every step. I giggled happily as he zoomed through our home.
