(Third Person's POV)

Fayore was complete and utterly nervous. She didn't know how she would explain to Killeso her connection to Sydney.

'Just be honest and everything will be fine,' Elaine advised.

'What she said,' Scarlett yawned, her eyes falsely drooping.

Fayore nodded and looked up at Killeso from his lap. He was staring at her expectantly, patiently waiting for her to explain.

"Sydney...she's my childhood best friend. I remember that she used to be with me everyday. We were born in the same hospital, same room. She was born only two days after me. We used to be inseparable. She... she also has an Erebusi, Edna. Edna is Elaine's sister." She rushed out.

Fayore didn't know how Killeso would react. Would he keep Sydney away from her because she is trying to marry him?

"Are you sure?" Killeso asked calmly. Fayore was shocked he didn't flip, but nonetheless, nodded her head.

Killeso sighed, "Well, I am okay with that as long as she agrees to stop this marriage they are attempting to force me into. If the 'bride' says no, there is no more they can say."

Sydney's eyes widened, "I can't! They won't let me! T-They'd hurt me!"

Fayore pulled Sydney to her in a hug and rubbed her back. She allowed Elaine to communicate with Edna in order to find out what's happening.

'Edna, my dear sister, what is the matter? Who would dare lay a hand on you are your host?'

'Elaine, how I've missed you. But yes, sadly, my host's parents and brother are forcing us to attempt to marry your Lycan. They have began to mold her to be a passive housewife since she was six. They have recently started to become violet, allowing her brother and Gerald to slap her around if they were not pleased with her performance.' Edna sighed, seemingly tired.

'Her performance?' Elaine questioned.

'They used her sexually. They would say she needed to know how to satisfy her husband.'

'You couldn't help?' Scarlett asked, not caring that she butted into the sisters conversation.

'They would inject her with ashes and gasoline toxins, leaving me weak and tired. I am not like Elaine. Elaine is the Queen of us, she rules. Me...I'm just a regular Erebusi. I can't fight against it like Elaine can.' Edna yawned, closing her eyes.

"Oh, I can't believe your own family would do that to you!" Fayore cried, her eyes holding sadness but not pity.

Fayore refused to pity the girl. Fayore knew what it was like to look in someone's eyes and see pity. To listen to someone say they were 'sorry'. It wasn't a good feeling, to feel like you were going through pain while all others had to say is sorry. Instead of saying you're sorry and pity the person, why not help them?

That's exactly what Fayore planned to do.

Fayore told Killeso what Sydney and Edna were going through, with the permission of Sydney as Edna was sleeping.

"They will be dealt with, I will not allow someone to be hurt like my Doll was. If I know about it, I'll act." Killeso said.

Fayore stopped Killeso from walking away to find Sydney's 'family' and whispered in his ear. She explained her plan to him and he smiled, loving how smart and caring his girl was.

"We will carry it out when it happens. For now, I believe my Little Doll owes me a dance." The Lycan smirked, his hand brushing over Fayore's thigh.

Fayore looked at Sydney in a way of saying 'Will you be okay?'. Sydney smiled brightly with a nod.

The innocent beauty squealed and ran to the dance floor, dragging Killeso with her. He, of course, made no resistance against her.

They got to the dance floor and just as Killeso was about to place his hands on her hip to waltz, Fayore burst out into her own dance.

She threw her hands up and danced, moving her hips and smiling.

Soon, the entire room was looking at the girl; most elders with looks of shock or disgust and the younger generation with grins.

Hunter soon joined Fayore and the two danced to the waltz music as if they were in their home, by themselves, and in their underwear. The music soon changed to Twin Wild - Willow Tree by a teenager who took over the music booth.

Fayore whipped her head around, her hair flying everywhere. The teenagers and young adults in the room began to join her. Soon, everyone in the room was swinging their hips and flipping their hair everywhere.

Even some elders, who immediantly loved the girl and her obvious free spirit.

Killeso stood frozen, staring at his mate in pure adoration. She was truly his own personal ray of sunshine.

Fayore had just unknowingly broke tradition. In all fifty years of the Lovers Ball, never had a dance like this been performed. The music that played was usually Beethoven or Mozart. Never this.

Fayore, noticing her mate was simply staring at her with a smile, danced over to him.

"Come on Big Figurine, dance with me!" She laughed, placing her hands on her hips and moving her shoulders up and down one by one.

"I have never danced in such a way, Little Doll." Killeso chuckled at her silly dance.

Fayore squealed, "I can teach you!"

She ran over to him and made him place his hands on his hips. She want behind him and began moving his hips from left to right.

"Come on, loosen up! I can't work with such stiff conditions!" Fayore whined dramatically.

Killeso, deciding to loosen up just for her, relaxed his body slightly. He allowed Fayore to move his hips as she pleased. Each time he would put his hands down, she'd pout and place them back on his hips.

After a while, Killeso gave up removing his hands and moved his hips on his own.

'Dude...' Aeranian began.

'Not a word, Aeranian. Not. A. Word,' Killeso replied before Aeranian could say a snarky comment.

Once Fayore realized Killeso had began to move himself, she jumped back in front of him and mimicked him. She was obviously much more fluent, graceful, and feminine with it though.

"You're doing it!" She cheered, grabbing his hands and placing them slightly higher.

The people in the room looked toward the couple with smiles. No one had ever seen the Lycan smile like he was smiling. No one had ever seen him loosen up like he was. No one had ever seen his so willing to embarrass himself for another before.

Everyone knew Fayore was changing him, and so far, the believe it's for the better.
