Time flew so fast. Tomorrow, Haseol had to return to London already without she even realized. She wished she could stay a little bit longer. Two weeks weren't enough, of course it weren't. But as a good daughter, she should prioritized her education first, as her dad taught her when she was a little girl.

It's okay. She told herself. Two more years and you'll be free.

Hope wouldn't kept her company for today. She asked him to do so, because she felt like she had been troubling that guy too much these past few days. He was always there when Haseol asked him to, he always accompanied her and brought her to many beautiful places. It wasn't that she was uncomfortable. On the contrary, she was glad when Hope was there with her. But, who knew that maybe Hope had something else to do, but he didn't tell her because he didn't want her to feel guilty for taking his time? No human could be this free, no one.

She just finished having lunch with her mom, and now the older lady was tired and needed her rest, so she decided to just walk around the neighborhood. Memorizing how it looked like, because perhaps, she wouldn't be able to come to Seoul next year, just like Jin.

Talking about Jin, Haseol hadn't called him these past few days, neither did him. Maybe he was busy, she assumed.

Truthfully, the girl was kinda pissed with that guy. She still remembered how Hope said that maybe he had forgotten about him. How could he? She wished she could meet him right now and punched him on the face.

But what if the Seokjin they talked about were different? What if Jin didn't really forgot Hope? What if she misunderstood?

She shook her head hard, despising all the thoughts that make her head hurt if she thought about it any longer. The fact was still same: Hope was sad because of that, and she didn't like it.

She kept walking around, looking for some good stuff that would cleared her mind. Just then, something interesting caught her attention, making her stopped on her track.

Actually, it was nothing special. It was just a pair of gloves displayed behind the glass window. But, with gloves being one of her favorite things to collect, she found them so beautiful. She wasted no more time and entered the shop.

"Sorry, Miss. But we produce these gloves for men only."

Haseol pursed her lips, nodding in disappointment. "They are beautiful though," she muttered out, pouting.

She walked out the store after saying thanks to the employee, but before she could walked further away, an idea suddenly popped out of her head. She turned around pretty fast, going back in to the store to purchase the so-called beautiful gloves.

-oOo-

"You're the dumbest human on this Earth," She hit her head with the gloves in her hands, repeating it a few times.

She totally forgot that she didn't have Hope's number. He was always the one to find Haseol. Now that she realized, she was now clueless of how to find that guy.

She had concluded that she was the most careless person in this world. Hope knew everything about her, but she didn't. Not at all. She only knew his name, and his past relationship with Jin, and that he knew a lot of beautiful places to go on Christmas season. That's all. She didn't even know where he lived.

"Ah, I don't know anymore!" She groaned, a little bit too loud because people around her turned their heads and stared at her in annoyance. She cleared her throat, quickly ran away from the place before she could embarrass herself even more.

I hope we bump into each other today.

She walked around aimlessly, ended up visiting a park near her neighborhood. The park where she and her ex boyfriend often visited to spend time together. It brought sad memories, but she felt like she should stepped in, or she would never had the courage to visit this park again. She felt like, if she walked away, it meant that she didn't want to accept the fact that they've broken up, which also meant that she ran away from the past.

I'm not a girl who run away from her past.

She entered the park, looking around as she tried to engulf the bitterness inside her heart. It was hard. She felt like crying, but no, she wouldn't back off. She had to face her past and let it go.

Just after some moments of walking around, the girl suddenly froze on her place. Her feet felt numb, and her expression couldn't hide the fact that she was broken anymore. What she saw was Taewon, her ex boyfriend, sitting there with another woman. They laughed like they were the happiest couple in this world. Like this world was created for the two of them only.

It broke her heart. She thought she was okay, she thought that it wasn't as hard anymore. But that wasn't true. It hurt even more than she imagined.

She turned her heels, decided to go before they could see her. She wasn't ready to face them, to see Taewon pitying her, for him to know about how much she loved him.

She wasn't ready to face her past, turned out.

As she walked home, her mind was blank. Her ears couldn't hear properl. She looked around aimlessly, as if vision was something unimportant anymore. She let her feet brought her wherever they liked, totally surrendered to take control of her own body.

She couldn't even heard when people shouted at her, telling her to stepped back because it was too late to cross the street. The light had turned green.

A loud horn was the voice that finally brought her back to reality. She turned her head, but her eyes immediately went blind because the light from the car was too bright and it hurt her eyes. Her ears caught the driver's repeated horns, and she now realized what was happening.

She was about to die. She should've ran, but she couldn't lift her feet. She couldn't even feel her legs anymore.

It was too late.

She shut her eyes tight, absolutely ready to face the pain when suddenly...

She felt her body being lifted, high up in the air.

So this is how it feels like when your soul leaves your body. This is how death feels like.

"Yeon Haseol!"

She flinched in shock at the call of her name. The voice was so loud... and familiar. She dared herself to open her eyes, but instead of sky, she saw sunshine instead, only an inch away from her face.

Hope.

"Are you crazy?! Are you this desperate? You don't have to end your life like this because of a man!" He exclaimed, anger was all she could read on his face.

"I... I don't-" She gulped, avoided his eyes and looked down.

"HOLY SHIT, HOPE!" She screamed on top of her lungs, grabbing on the guy tight as soon as she realized that they were not on the ground.

In fact, they were flying in the air. Far above the ground.

The girl couldn't stop freaking out until the guy grabbed her shoulders, stopping her to move even more. "Calm down, Haseol. You're safe with me."

She turned to look at Hope, and was spellbound by his gentle smile.

"You..." she looked down to his clothes. "We're flying! And- what's with your clothes today? Why are they all white? It's so weird, everything that's happening right now is so weird!"

Hope chuckled, slowly flew down and within some seconds, they were back on the ground.

When her soles were in contact with the snowy ground, she immediately let go of Hope's hold and backed away few steps. She stared at the guy suspiciously.

"You're not a human, are you?"she asked. "What are you?"
