Don't tune in to music

Some studies show that certain types of classical music can help concentration. But on the contrary,
RECENT STUDIES have shown that studying with a rythmic background noise can be distracting and those not listening to music were able to focus much better.

However, music has been found to aid the memory performance of  people who have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder )  or individuals who are  hyperactive and have trouble paying attention .
In these cases, you must determine which music you enjoy listening to. But make sure that you are concentrating on your reviewer and not on the catchy tune.
