Do eat brain snacks

Eat brain boosting foods that can increase mental performance  and enhance memory .
Foods such as beets, eggs, walnuts, whole grains , fish, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are some of the healthy brain foods that boost memory and brain power.

BUT  since we can't find most of these in our area, we can still settle for snacks like peanuts , sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. So remember to buy yourself some HAPPY, CHIKITO  and DRAGON SID!

BUT if you can afford other nuts , you can buy cashew nuts, sunflower seeds and almonds (product of "GROWERS" ) from the groceries .

DARK CHOCOLATE!
Recent studies also suggest that flavanols, the bioactive compound  in cocoa and chocolate, improves cognitive performance. People who eats chocolate at least onece a  week are found out to do well on their tests of memory, concentration and reasoning than those who eat less.
