Don't risk your health over studying

Studying is important but don't risk your health. We all want to be able to review all the coverage of our exams but don't overdo it.
If you're tired, rest or take a nap .

If HUNGER strikes, eat . Don't skip your meals.
The cells in our brain rely on energy from food just like the other cells in our body. Both the neural function and brain chemistry  can be negatively affected if there is no nutrition that the food supplies. Thus ,  disrupt your memory and concentration .
