Do wake up early instead.

6-8 hours is the recommended amount of sleep for your brain to function effectively the next day. Your brain have been working all day and the time that you sleep is the time that your brain refuels itself .

Also, research show that short naps between study sessions  help boost concentration and allow more enhanced memory.

Instead of doing the habit of staying up all night ,  you can sleep at 9 pm instead and wake up at 3-4 am to review. At this time, your brain is already fueled and will be able memorize and analyze more effectively.
