Chapter 17

Storm's POV - A FewDays Later

"I don't understand." Shikamaru says to me as I cast a Magic Attack without hand signs.

"Its Magic Shikamaru, you don't use hand signs." I say to him. "I use Shadow Magic, to go with my Shadow Kekkie Genkai, you should try Illusion Magic." I say to him as I toss him a book and he catches it.

"Illusion Magic, like Gen-Jutsu?" Shikamaru asks me.

"Eh, something similar to it, but it doesn't require hand signs or a specific target." I say and Shikamaru nods.

"Storm! Come on!" Wendy calls and I look over.

"What's going on?" I ask.

"I need someone older to chaperone my Job, Carla won't go with out someone older." Wendy says to me and I smile amused.

"Did you try Natsu?" I ask and she nods.

"He's leaving on a job also and so is Lucy, the same Job for the both of them plus Happy." Wendy says to me.

"Fine." I say and I put my hands in my pockets as she goes in to get Carla.

"What's going on?" Shikamaru asks.

"I'm gonna chaperone Wendy's Job because Carla won't allow her to go by herself." I say and Shikamaru nods.

I wait and the two come out and I just walk with them through town before we get to a place and Wendy helps whoever it is while I watch.

After a while we get back to the guild and it starts raining.

I stand outside in it under Yukino gets here worried.

"What's wrong?" I ask her.

"Is Lucy here? I need to speak with her." Yukino asks me and I shake my head.

"No, she went on a Job." I say to her and we head inside.

"Your both soaking wet, what's the matter?" Erza asks us.

"I just like standing in storms." I say with a shrug.

"I need to tell Lucy something." Yukino says to her and she tells us about what's happening with her spirits and how they won't listen to her.

My eyes narrow slightly as I think. "The golden Zodiac keys right?" I ask and Yukino nods. "Mira, do you know where Lucy's job took her?" I ask.

She tells me the location and I nod.

"There's no town there." Me and Erza say bluntly and everyone looks at us shocked.

"I was training near there before the Games, all it is, is an ocean with sea slugs and all a beach." I say to them.

"And I've been on jobs around there and there wasn't a town." Erza says to them.

I bite my fingernail thinking. "Natsu and Happy are with Lucy, her golden keys aren't responding like Yukino's so Natsu will just have to deal for now." I say and Gramps nods.

I head to the door.

"Where are you going?" Shikamaru asks.

"Where do you think Shikamaru?" I ask him and he looks at me with a sigh.

"What a drag." Shikamaru says and let's me leave.

I envision Natsu in my mind and I use my teleporting seal and I appear next him, making sure to jump back a pace in case he's fighting.

"Storm!" Happy says shocked.

I nod and I look at the Zodiac in front of us. "Yukino had me worried, she said her spirits were acting rebellious and not answering her calls and staying in the spirit realm." I say and Lucy nods.
