Two days have passed since I basically attacked Manning and locked myself in my room. Trevor was less than pleased with my actions but at least I was able to leave my room this morning so I went to hang out with HellBoy.

All morning HellBoy had been writing something probably to Liz but he keeps ripping pages out of a notebook and throwing them into the trashcan. He's missed several times which has made a mess but his room is always a mess so it doesn't bother me. He's the one who's gonna have to clean it.

I looked up from the TV as HellBoy's bedroom door opened up to John rolling in a cart full of food for Red. Lunch time already? I smiled at John as he came through the door but HellBoy paid him no mind. He just kept writing.

"Lunch is served. I'm gonna put these over here, okay?"

"One minute. One minute. Hey, Myers...you're a talker. What's a good solid word for need?" HellBoy asked Myers as he sat his food down on a table.

"Well...need is a good solid word."

"Too needy." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"Start in, okay? You got nachos coming."

"Mmm Nachos." HellBoy said licking his lips. The guy does love his junk food.

"Oh my God. Look at them all. Who had babies?" I looked over as Liz came into the room looking at all the cats that were running around the room.

"Liz, there's something I need for you to hear and it's..."

"Actually I was coming to talk to you and John." Liz said as she stood by the cart and petting one of the cats that had jumped up there to sample HB's food.

"You can't go get coffee with me?"

"Coffee?" HellBoy questioned but they ignored him.

"Yeah I'm sorry but could Nyx take my place? She needs to get out more than I do."

"Sure that's fine. What do you think Nyx?" John said before turning to me.

"I'd love to. Beats sitting around here not doing a damn thing."

"That's great. As soon as I'm done here we'll head out." John said with a friendly smile.

"I'm gonna go get ready. Meet me at my room?" John nodded as he set a bowl of chili down on the table. I left his room and went down the hall to mine.

I left my bedroom door open as I grabbed my boots and slipped them on. As soon as I finished tying the laces, I stepped out and John was there.

"That was fast." I said smiling.

"Ready to go?" I nodded my head and we headed down the hall to the elevator.

"So you had something for me to hear?"

"Ladies first." I said as Liz sat down on the edge of my bed.

"Alright...Hell I don't even know where to begin."
