A bad teacher

Emma left the school building quick. Regina got enough information she needed to prove Emma is a bad teacher.

"Look Alex it's all there. She isn't fit to be teaching students here at high school. Her attitude towards the school and students is awful" Regina says showing the paper.

"Regina we've been over this. Emma is hard to understand but she does get the grades for the kids. Last year her bottom sets got Cs. I mean no one would have guessed that for them" Alex sighed as she sat back down.

"How? She is useless and quite frankly a disgraceful human being. She swears in front of the kids and she acts like a mate with them"

"That's Emma's way of teaching. She is friends with the students so they don't refuse"

"Well she's ridiculous. She should be fired" Regina ordered.

"If you can find me enough proof that she truly is terrible then I'll get rid of her but I can't see anything wrong with her" Alex says as she placed paperwork onto Regina's desk. The brunette smirked at how easy it must be to get Emma fired. "Now what teacher is next"

Meanwhile Emma was driving home. She got out of the car and walked towards the house. She unlocked the door and entered.

"Hello? Kieran? Logan" Emma called out. Logan came running to Emma and jumped up in her arms. She caught him and smiled at his little happy face. "Hey little man. How was school" she asked smiling.

"Good! I love it. How was school for you" he asked excitedly.

"I call it work Logan but I a normal ok day" Emma says laughing.

"Mummy why is there a man and woman are in the lounge with Kieran" he asked confused.

"I don't know. Let's go find out" Emma says as she walked towards the door. She opened it and saw a couple on the sofa and Kieran sat awkwardly on the arm chair. "What's going on? Kieran" Emma asked confused.

"Em they want to tell you something. It's about our parents" Kieran replied softly while looking down.

"Logan can you go upstairs for me please and play with your toys" Emma asked as she put her son down. He ran off out the room and to his. Emma sat down on the coffee table and looked to the two sat down. "What's this about"

"I'm Maria and this is Keith. We are from the town police and detective department" Maria says softly.

"We're here because your parents have died" Keith adds.

"So? Why are you here? We never met them or even knew they existed. I always thought they were dead" Kieran says with a shrug.

"He's right. They gave us away with no note and I recon no though" Emma added with a shrug as well.

"They left a will. Your both in it" Maria says reading off a piece of paper.

"Wait what" both swan children said at the same time.

"Yes. In the last will and testament of Christopher and Sarah swan we leave all our money to our children. Emma and Kieran swan. We also leave the house to both of them" Maria continued.

"They also left you this note" Keith says as he hands Kieran a folded piece of paper.

Kieran opened it and saw it was a letter. Emma stood up and sat on the arm of the chair to read the note.

Dear Emma and Kieran. I'm sorry we gave you both away. We were in high school and had no choice. In our will we leave you our money and house. I am a lawyer and Chris is a detective. We make a lot of money and want you to have it. It's our way of saying how sorry we are. We hope you live full and successful lives as siblings together. We tried looking for you and we are truly sorry you were never adopted. Me and your father love you my babies. Don't make any of the mistakes we make. Love Sarah and Chris xx

Emma and Kieran had tears in there eyes. They never met their parents. To find out they actually missed them caused the twins to cry a little. Emma wiped one of her tears quickly.

"I always thought they were dicks for giving us away but they were just teenagers" Emma says as she wiped another tear.

"How old were they when they died and how did they actually" Kieran asked.

"They were 14 when they had you both so they were 37. They were in a car accident while traveling home from Hollywood" Maria says reading off sheet of paper.

"Ow my god. Where did they live" Emma asked as she placed the letter on the table.

"The big house by the edge of town. They left you lots of money between you" Kieth replied.

"How much" Kieran asked.

"$70,000 each" Maria says as she looked up at them.

"Each? Ow my god" Emma was in pure shock.

"They must have been really rich if they have the big house down the road and that much money" Kieran adds just as shocked.

"They were very successful people. We should be going now but we will be in contact about you moving into there house and the money. As I saw you have a son. The house is 4 bedrooms so there is enough room for you all" Maria says as she stood up.

"Here is our card" Kieth says handing a small card to Kieran.

"Thank you" Emma says while showing them out.
