Don't worry, crying is nothing to be embarrassed about. We actually need to cry in order to live. So whatever's on your mind; if something's stressing you out, if you feel guilty for any/no reason, if you feel like you have to bottle up your emotions, whatever. Just cry. I know I've done it countless times. It feels good.
