School before the move

September 1st, 12 years ago.

The first day of school for the twins. Kindergarten was a big deal their older brother told them. They would spend two years one in JK and one in SK. Emerald could not wait. once she was woken up by her mother she quickly got dressed and ready to go to school. She got her bag ready before she ran down the stairs of her home and ran to the kitchen. Her mother, brother, and father were there. She sat at the table as her mother put a plate of food in front of her. "Scrambled eggs and toast is always a good breakfast to start off the school year". Her mother said just as Rosa came down the stairs. She sat at the table and was given the same food Emerald and her brother were given. Her father got up and got his stuff. "Got to go to work. Bye Rosa, by Ryan". He almost made it out the door before hearing his wife clear her throat and he looked at her. "Arnt, you forgetting someone hun?" Chris thought for a second before walking over to his wife and kissing her forehead. "Bye hun" He the left and forgot to say goodbye to Emerald. Sallie sighed and kissed her children on the head. "Come on let's get you guys all to school". She said and with that Emerald got out of her seat and ran to where her shoes are. She put them on and ran out the door to the school bus. Her brother and sister soon followed after. Emerald got a window seat and waved goodbye to her mother. The bus made more stops and soon they were at school. Emerald got off the bus with her sister and brother. They went in and Ryan went straight to his friends. Rosa went to a group of popular girl and she fit in with them. Emerald had no one to go to. She went up to a girl who about her age. She had red hair and red eyes. "Hi, I'm Emerald. What's your name?" Emerald asked with a huge smile on her face. "I'm Ruby nice to meet you." They hit it off and became friends. 

March 13, 9 years ago.

Emerald and Rosa were now in grade two and Ryan grade three. They were at school when Rosa's friend went up to Emerald and Ruby. "You know you could do a lot better with your friends Ruby. You could be like us popular but instead, you pick to be with thrash like her." This didn't go down well with Ruby. "You know if you insult my best friend one more time I will kick yours but I'm giving you a mercy warning only because she would want that" The friend rolled her eyes and scoffed before walking away. "Thank Ruby" Emerald smiled and Ruby smiled back. "Anything for my bestie"

August 5,  years ago.

Before grade 6 Ruby had to move to a new town. Emerald was heartbroken to lose her best friend and protector. Bullying had gotten worse though it never got physical between anyone. Her Father never talked to her and when he did he called her girl and not by her name. Ryan made fun of her and called her names as ugly or stupid. Rosa was the worst she made Emerald fell awful and the one real person who made her smile a real smile was her best friend Ruby but she had left to another town. 

June 24, 3 years ago.

This was it Emerald and Rosa and Ryan Grade 8 grad the theme was a winter wonderland. Ryan got held back a year. Ryan was in a tux. It was a normal bow-tie tux that was a white button-up shirt with black pants and jacket. His shoes were black as well and his hair had slight gel on it. Rosa had her hair done up into a braid. Her brown hair in a fishtail braid and she had a long dress that went the floor is was light blue and had lots of glitter on it. She had light blur heels on. Emerald had her hair down in a wavey look. Her dress was shorter at the front and longer at the back. It was dark blue and light blue with the ice blue leaves and flowers on it as a pattern. She had high heel boots on they were light blue with dark blue trim. She had little makeup on and it was only red lipstick. She had a scarf that she had on her it was also an icy blue. They went to the grad and they all graduated. Emerald had honers. She smiled as she had worked hard to get it. There was a dance after the grad so the parents left and he now graduated teens had a party. Emerald was sitting at a table by herself. She watched as people danced and soon a slow dance came on. Everyone scrambled for partners and a few girls went after this one guy. His name was Thomas and he was one of the more popular boys. He was also very gay but he knew he had to dance with a girl. He didn't seem interested in any of the many girls who wanted to dance but his eyes landed on Emerald. He past by the other girls and went to her. "Hey um, wanna dance a slow song with the gayest guy in school?" He asked and Emerald laughed. "Sure if your oaky dancing a slow dance with a freak show" He laughed and took her hand leading her to the dance floor. They danced and talked while dancing. They became friends that day.

August 1st, 1 month ago.

Today was the day. The big move. Sallie and Chris needed to move from the town for Sallie's job. They were moving to a new town with new people to make new friends with. 

So Chapter 3 was long but you had a lot of ground to cover.
