Chapter 26: Cat-tastrophe! Cloud Love!

Gumball walked to the Yoshida's Manor. He knocked and was opened by a Maid. "Hello? Huh! Mr. Gumball! You've finally arrived!" The Maid exclaimed. Gumball bowed and went inside. "Sir. Aren't you gonna go to Ms. Masami?" A Maid questioned. "Ah... Do you perhaps know where she is?" Gumball asked.

"She's at the Newly Built Company, Sir." Another Maid answered. "Ah... but before that. Is Mr. Yoshida here?" Gumball asked again. A Maid nodded and He went to his Office.

"Welcome back, Waterson." Mr. Yoshida said. "What is your business?" He added. "I wish to talk something to you." Gumball said. They discussed.

Masami was walking to her Meeting. She wore white gloves, a dark-blue pencilskirt, a white buttoned shirt, and White heels. She entered the meeting and started to talk about the next upcoming Ideas for Promoting Rainbow Factory. "We need all the Ideas we can throw out but, We also need to make sure the budget cuts." Masami said in a serious voice.

The Meeting ended successfully and Masami was about to go to her office until a hand grasped her. "Ms. Masami. Hello." A Boy greeted. Masami frowned. "Oh? Hello as well Tim. What is it this time?" Masami asked unpleasantly. "Hey... You like me, I like you don't you think so?" Tim asked. "Only you do. Now if you excuse me A lot of Paperwork is waiting for me at my office." Masami said and was about to leave again yet he held her wrist once more.

"Stop playing hard to get." Tim said strengthening his hold from her wrist. "Ah! It hurts!" Masami yelped while struggling to flee from him. "Hey!" A man yelled and broke his grasp from her. "Hey! Who do you think you are!" Tim yelled. Masami looked at the Man and Her Eyes widened. "G-Gummy!" Masami stuttered but recovered quickly and ran next to him. "Sami, How are you?" Gumball said with a smile. Masami smiled.

"Hey! You haven't told me who you are!" Tim yelled again. "He's My Boyfriend!" Masami yelled back and pulled Gumball away with her. Gumball sat on a chair inside the Company's Cafe. "Hey... When?" Masami asked. "Just yesterday. I was busy so I couldn't come." He answered. "I Missed you... You got me worried." She said sitting across from him. "I'm fine, but it seems I need to lecture you." Gumball said with a serious tone.

"L-Lecture?" Masami stuttered. "A Man pulling you and you don't step on his feet. Don't lie to me and tell who he is." Gumball said seriously. "H-He's a director at the Company. My Father told me he is a good colleague so He helps in the Company." Masami answered. "Does he like you?" Gumball asked. "Yeah. But I didn't say yes to any of his invitations for a date! I swear." Masami said to him

"Guess you did. Anyhow how's the company. Is it going up in ratings?" Gumball asked. "Of Course. These days I know what I can help with." Masami said with a smile. "Ah! But are you still working for Sunset?" Masami asked with a worried face. "I do but I'm fired as your Bodyguard." Gumball answered which saddened Her. "But I did get hired as a Son-In-Law." Gumball added with a smirk. Masami was wide eyed. "Son-In-Law!?" Masami exclaimed. "How!?" She added.

"I'm Gumball Waterson, one of the most influential people in Elmore." Gumball said proudly and leaning over the table. "Dad, really said so." Masami said in-disbelief and Gumball nodded. "By the way. Are you sick?" Gumball asked out. Masami shook her head. "Why are you wearing gloves then?" Gumball questioned and held her hands. Masami suddenly blushed.

"No reason." She said trying to get her hands out of his, but He was stronger. "Masami Waterson." Gumball said seriously. She pouted and he took of her Gloves. He saw his Gifted Ring to her and he smiled. "You hid the fact your Engaged?" Gumball teased and she blushed.

"I'll be taking over as President at the Company, but you'll be a Vice-President." Gumball said to her. She smiled and nodded. "Don't worry. I'll need to find out everything that happened these last three months. Another factor is that stupid Man chasing after you." Gumball said. They Talked about the Company and She told hin what the current status is holding up. Afterwards They went home.

-- The Next Day... --

Masami with her Father and Her Husband went to work on the Company. Gumball went inside of the Company wearing a suit. The Company had a meeting to know that Gumball will be the new President.

"I ask everyone to listen careful to my words." Mr. Yoshida said calmly and everybody did as command. "From this day forward a new President is gonna be dominant in Rainbow Co. And I wish you respect him." Mr. Yoshida added. Tim smiled as he thought he was the New President. "I proudly announced the new President as..." Mr. Yoshida said. "Gumball Waterson." He added and Gumball went next to him and bowed.

The Staffs were shocked to see a new face suddenly sitting the Presidential Seat. "Sir! You can't be serious! No man would leave this flith on the Company!" Tim said enraged. "Watch your Mouth young man." Mr. Yoshida said with piercing eyes. "That Man may be a flith to you, But to me, He is My Son." Mr. Yoshida added. Tim was shocked. Tim suddenly looked at Gumball, but saw he was looking on his phone.

Tim went in front of him and threw a punch at him, but his hand was quickly twisted. Gumball held him with no strength. Tim then felt pain and yelled at him to let him go. "I beg your pardon?" Gumball teased with a devious smirk. "Let me go! You wretched Flith!" Tim yelled, but Gumball twisted his hands more painfully. "Le'mme go!" Tim yelled.

Gumball did and backed off. "As you can see, Not only does he have the Brains, but he also has the Strengths." Mr. Yoshida said with a smirk. The Meeting ended and Gumball went to his New Office.

"Gummy?" Masami said at the Door. Gumball looked over his Paperwork and Smiled at her. She then went inside the Room. "In your first day you get a pile up." Masami said with a pout. "Wanna help me then?" Gumball mentioned. "I have mine too." Masami said with a smile. Gumball then settled his Papers down the Table and went near her.

"Gummy... What are you d!-" Masami was cut-off by Gumball kissing her. The Kiss was a deep one and afterwards they caught their breathes. Masami glared at him with a red face. "I needed help and this was the best you could do." Gumball said and kissed her again after going back behind his desk and Going back to work. Masami left the room and went to her own.
