-7- Fake Smile

Luka's Prov

I hate everything and everyone. Well except her~, but I feel like I don't belong. Would it be better if I died? Would everyone be happier? My dad doesn't love his bisexual, (Yes I made Luka bisexual cause why not?) worthless, good for nothing kid. Even after years of loving Marinette I still haven't confessed.

Wow, you really are a coward.

I realize I've still been sitting on this bench for about 2 hours just rethinking my life choices.

"Um...sir are you ok?"

I look up to see a guy about my age. He seems about an inch or less taller than me. He has wide brown eyes with messy blond hair. Ok, I know Marinette is my crush and will always have a place in my heart....bUT tHis GuY iS HawT.

"Y-yeah I'm fine."

"What are you even going here this earily?"

"I went for walk, just go tired along the way." I lied. I smiled at him.

Of course it was fake. Who would actually smile if their dad beat them up? But, I haven't really smiled in 10 years and I doubt I'll start now.

My smile is like a mask, a mask that can easily be taken off to revel the hideous beast I am. The monster with scars marked on it's body. The monster with a fucked up life. The monster with no love life. A monster that only whats someone to hold and kiss. A monster that has never had someone to love or someone that loved it.

A smile hides all of that and more. A smile is something that everyone is capabile of doing, but not feeling. I hate my smile, I think it's ugly.

"Hey do you have any idea what time it is?" I asked.

"Yeah its-   . . . 8:12"

"FU-  I'm gonna be late for school!"

"School? I just moved here from Canada and today is my first day"

"Huh maybe we'll see each other again . . .uh.."

"Leo"

"Luka"

"Hope to see you around Luka"

"You too" and with that I left.

~Time Skip Cause I'm Lazy~

I'm running to get to school. My father will kill me if he found out I missed school. I look at my phone.

I'M FUCKING 16 MINUTES LATE, SHIT!

I made it to school and to my class.

"Luka...nice of you to join us." My teacher (Random Name) Mr. Lopez said.

"Hehehe" I scratch my head and take my seat next to Marinette.

"Like I was saying.... we have a new student"

It was the kid from the park!

"Everyone meet Leo Michaels"

He flashed me a smile.

How do I learn how to smile like that?

A real smile.

Marinette's Prov

  I turn to Luka, it seems he's spacing out. I shake him.

"Luka...." He jumps a little. It was kind of cute.

"Oh, sorry Mrinette I'm just thinking." He scratchs the back of his head blushing.

"It's ok. Oh! About the dance, it's in two days. Do you have your cloths ready?"

"No , not really."

"What?! Luka we are going shopping right after school!"

"Do I have to?"

"Yes, because I'm dragging you there!" I giggle. He laughs and my mind goes blank. Blood, rushs to my face.

Has his laugh always be so sexy?

My heart is beating out of my chest.

Shit! I don't like Luka right? No... No! He's just a friend. A kind, honest, smart handsome- NO!

"Ahem..." A voice snaps me into realty.

"When you two love birds are done can I continue with my leasson?" Mr. Lopez spat.

"Uhh...we're  sorry" I spoke.

*RING!*

Ugh, saved by the bell...

~Somewhere outside the school~

"Alya I thought you said your sister's friend had a hot little brother in the area!" Chloe screamed.

"She does! Why do you think he's here!"

"HE IS HOT BUT ALSO GAY!"

"So what, it's 2019? And love is love." Nino replied. Himself being pan.

"Not like that! I'm gay too you know! I ment that the plan was to get Marinette to fall in love with him not Luka. So then he can break her heart leaving her to come to one of us" Chleo sighed.

"Don't worry I think this might work. Luka and Leo can be couple leaving Marinette all to us." Adrein smirked.

"Hey guys what did I miss?" Leo poped around to corner.

"Hey Leo, do you think the guy in your homeroom with blue hair is cute?" Adrein asked.

"Uh...yeah" Leo blushed.

All the four of the kids looked at each other and smiled.

"Good, are you going to dance in two days?"
