Chapter 10

Hoseok POV

"Baby, I think I asked you that question." Yoongi whispers lowly, a smirk toying at his still swollen lips as he looks down at me. Biting the inside of my cheek for a moment as I look away once more, I try to find a way out of the conversation.

"We should have lunch now before the food gets cold, Yoongi-ah. Besides, we still need to discuss work." I point out, hoping to change the subject. The blonde boy in front of me chuckles loudly, ruffling my hair with a gummy grin on full display. I can't help but smile at the sight.

"Whatever you'd like, baby." Yoongi agrees, still chuckling lightly as he smiles down at me. Breathing out a quiet sigh of relief, I get up and go back over to the table on the other side of the small room to grab the bags of boxed up food. Sitting down on the chair that's sat against the table, I pull it out and around so that I can face Yoongi as I begin unboxing the food once again. The blonde helps me this time, opening up some of the boxes himself before grabbing a pair of chopsticks.

"Want a drink?" Yoongi speaks up as he reaches down and over to a black mini fridge that I hadn't noticed before. He looks up at me curiously, opening the door to reveal that he's got a few beers and a couple waters hidden in there. My eyes widen slightly at the sight of him having alcohol here at work. I would not have suspected that one.

"Umm... a water would be good." I answer softly. He simply chuckles at my surprise, pulling out the water and tossing it to me before grabbing a pair of chopsticks and a box of food. He reaches down to grab himself a beer before shutting the fridge, setting it down on his desk before turning back to the food that's now sat in his lap.

"So, I think I know a way we can work the video so that it's still completely you but adding in some dance as well. The song is really good and extremely impressive, honestly. The perfect one to let me get creative with it. If you want, we can practice on it a few hours each day. I don't know how busy you still are with the rest of the album, but I don't really have much to work on except for your video." I inform him, beginning the discussion of work as I too grab a box of food and some chopsticks to begin eating. Though, I'm surprised to find that Yoongi isn't necessarily a light eater.

"I've got one more song that I'm currently working on. Other than that, I'm light on work at the moment. So doing a few hours on it a day works well. Keeps things moving and the sooner we can get this finished the better. Even if I'm working with you, the sooner I don't have to dance again the better." Yoongi mumbles around some food that's in his mouth. I chuckle softly at the sight, smiling and nodding in response.

"Okay, that works then. What hours do you want me here?" I ask curiously, taking another bite of food. I watch him swallow the food before speaking as he gathers up more food between his chopsticks.

"How about two to five?" Yoongi suggests before stuffing another large bite into his mouth. I chuckle softly once more, amused by how cute he looks with his cheeks puffed out when stuffed with food. He finally glance up at me, eyes curious and light as he tilts his head to the side.

"What?" Yoongi muffles through curiously, looking up at me despite being slightly hunched over his food.

"Nothing. You just look cute like that when your mouth is stuffed with food." I answer quietly before taking another bite of my own food. He merely rolls his eyes at me, somehow managing to stick his tongue out at me. I giggle with a grin at his childishness, finding it absolutely adorable.

"Wanna go out Friday night? We can go out to a bar or something. Celebrate that this might actually work?" Yoongi asks after a few minutes of silence as we eat. I hum softly with a small smile as I look back up at him.

"Yeah, that could be fun." I answer with a small nod, not being able to stop the smile from appearing onto my lips before taking another bite of food. He grins at me with his gummy smile of his before shoving another bite of food in.

"Good. Meet you at the one at the end of the street where Jin's restaurant is at?" Yoongi offers.

"I'll be there at nine."
