CHAPTER 13

“Ready for your special day?” Matt waking me up “Happy birthday babe” kissing my forehead

“Thank you” while I still rub on my eyes from sleep as he pulled me on his body

“I don’t want to get up anymore” scenting on the perfect scent from his skin

“We may still have the time” looking at his closed eyes

“You’re still sleepy too”

“I don’t want to miss the day out for you”

“You don’t have to – I just love it when I’m on your arms it feels like I’m on the safest part in the world”

“That makes sense” he chuckled

-

After school I felt tired and exhausted like all my energy got drained and I was heading on to Matt while he smiled

“Hello to the most beautiful girl”

“Where is everyone I didn’t see Aira nor Rob after lunch”

“I didn’t too – but let’s not worry about them” taking my bag and opening the car door for me

“Something’s not right” looking at him

“Babe, everything is just right” he smiled while he drives us home

“God what’s wrong with my back” feeling stiffen and just tired

“What about it?”

“I don’t know it seems a little bit off” as he held my hand and went inside the pack house in which I can’t hear anyone or anything that is a little bit of not how everyday routine is. This house was supposed to be noisy.

Matt opened the door and confetti’s came flying from every direction

 “Happy Birthday!” seeing everyone

“You guys, I told you not to do this” Matt putting his hands on the air saying he was innocent

“Thank you guys” giving my deepest appreciation

“Oh my God” seeing the cake “Rob and the guys made that” Judy hinted

“What?” giving a laugh “Really?” Rob winking his eye

“I am so overwhelmed to speak right now” my hands on my chest

“But I thank you – really” tears gone by as Matt hug me “You’re very welcome”

“Are we blowing the candles or not?” Rob spoke with his girly voice

“Make a wish before anything else” looking at the candles I just wished that everything will be at peace and that everyone will be happy

They clapped as I blew my candles and Caleb shouted “Let the party begin” popping out the wines

“Keira, Makawe and Sarah is here” Judy called as they greeted me handing me a birthday present

“You shouldn’t have”

“Oh no you’ll like it the most – we swear” Sarah giving out the biggest smile of her

“Thank you”

“Oh don’t thank us Keira”

“Well come on in”

-

Everyone was having the most of the night and I was seated on the sofa relaxing a bit with champagne on hand.
