Chapter 28 Vol.2

(Nozomi's POV)

After Uhyou scold Ren, we headed to Dia's office to plan.

"So Ren, you and Hanayo will stay outside."Eri said.

"Nya."Ren thumbs up.

"Okay."Hanayo agreed."you'll send signal to us, but we have to tie a rope in our waist."I added as he looked at me with a pouty face.

"Why?"Uhyou asked."because if we don't we won't be pulled out."Honoka answered.

"Damn."Tsubasu commented.

Uhyou slouched in his seat, for not using common sense.

I giggled as Eri continued."Leah, Nozomi, Tsubasu, Honoka, Uhyou, and me will be at the back of Dia and Nico."

"Uweehhh!?!? Why me first?!"Dia asked.

"Fine by me. "Nico shrugged.

"Because your a detective."Eri said in a mocking tone.

"Whatever."Dia rolled her eyes.

"So that's the end."Eri put his hand on the table waiting for us.

I put my hand above him as he blushed. I looked at everyone as they joined.

"For Mako! "

(Kanan's POV)

"I hope they make it. "You said with a worry tone.

"They will."Riko said. I looked up the sky and saw the moon with half red on it. "I hope this end. "I said.

The growlings and screams of Mako is worsen. "Chiko electrocute him. "I said.

Chiko nodded as he went inside and started man in electric using machine and stuff. "Grrr!!! "Mako growled but was muffled by the cloth on his mouth.

"I'm worried for him. "Shio said.

"Me too but... he needs it. "

(Uhyou's POV)

We went down the train station as I looked at Leah.  We saw an abandon alley as we went in there. "Over there. "Dia pointed.

I saw the rusty place,  it looks like it has been abandon since the Meiji Revolution during 1868.

I felt a cold shiver ran down my spine as we climb up.  We stopped infront of the abandoned road."are you guys ready? "I asked with a hint of curiosity.

Eri walked then stopped few inch away from it. "Ren, Hanayo prepare. "

Ren sat down and opened a computer,  Hanayo gave us a long rope as we tied it in our waist,  we put tied the end of the rope in one as we gave it to Hanayo. She hooked the rope in the rusty metal.

Ren gave us a tracker and an earpiece. I huffed as I looked at Leah who is looking at the road. "What is it? "I asked her while approaching her.

"Nothing... it's just... I feel a like there's a kid stuck in there... "Leah replied.

"Whatever it is,  it might be a spirit. "I said then put my gun inside my holster then putting my o tanto and Katana in the side of my waist. "Do you think... the people that went inside died..? "

"Maybe. "I said,  I looked at Nozomi who was swinging the katana.

"Is this how you swing it? "Nozomi joked as Eri chuckled.

."let's go everyone. "Dia said. We went to our position as Dia went inside first. We looked at each other as we went in.

*The entrance to the Underground church*

Dia's eyes widened as Honoka and Nico barfed,  Nozomi teared as Eri hug her. Tsubasu rubbed the back of Honoka as Uhyou made a grotesque face,  Leah screamed as she saw lot's of saw people Gore's are out and there face were gouge out.

After Honoka barfed she screamed as Ren complained thru the earpiece.

"What?!  What happened Nya? "

"E..... e-everyone.. is.. "Dia covered her mouth as she looked away her tears were flowing.

Uhyou sighed as he spoke. "I think there are no survivors left. "He rubbed the back of Nico as she said thanks.

"Tsk.."

"No... there is a girl hiding somewhere. "Leah spoke. Everyone looked at her except Honoka and Nozomi.

"What? "

"I felt it a while ago.. "Leah replied.

"Then we should find her. "Tsubasu said as he hugged Honoka who is now crying.

"This is a catastrophe... who would do such a thing? "Eri asked.

"There's one way to find out. "Dia said then started walking. Everyone followed as Eri carried Nozomi bridal style.

Honoka who has regained herself walk with head down not looking the bodies and also not stepping on the bloody gore. Nico who is looking straight not looking at the bodies.

Uhyou's tummy rumbled as Eri looked at him. "Here's a bar,  don't eat the body. "He said and tossed a chocolate bar at him which Uhyou caught it one handed.

"Thanks. "He said then opened the wrapper.

"The road sure is long.. "Leah commented. "I agree. "Dia replied.

"What's that? "Uhyou pointed as everyone looked at where his pointing. "Is that another dimension? "Eri asked.

He approached it and put his hand inside feeling a cold wind blowing. "They didn't know this? "Eri asked.

"Maybe they taught it was the dead end. "Dia pointed at the illusion where there is a block.
She started taking pictures even the dead bodies.

"Let's get inside. "Eri said as everyone nodded.  He entered first

*Unknown dimension*

Everyone gave a huge sigh as they saw lot's of trees,  if you looked up,  it looks like stars but it's not,  they are diamonds that is in the rocks. "Wow.. "Nico compliment.

"What is this place... "Dia asked and took pictures.

"This place is The Covenant of Dan. "We looked at the person who is wearing a long black robe. "Umm... who are you? "

"I don't have a name,  every priest doesn't have a name except for the higher king of priest. "He said. "You guys might be new here, although it's a good thing you got here.. "He added.

He looked at everyone before landing his eyes on Uhyou,  Tsubasu,  Uhyou,  and Eri.

The four gulped as he eyes them. "What is it? "

"Nothing... I thought I felt something demonic.... well come on then. "

The four sighed in relief as they looked down seeing their hands are holding at their human friends.
