9 | Make It Up To You

Jimin POV.

I run the street of the dorm all the way and make the first turn to the right in desperation to find Jungkook.

- Ah! -I suddenly bump into someone and when I look up its no other than... -Jungkook!

He looks baffled as we stare wordlessly at each other for a bit out of shock.

He is here...

I lose myself the exact moment and hug him by the neck, bringing him closer and closer to myself as I close my eyes and let silent tears flow.

- J-Jimin-ssi... -He mumbles from the other side, wrapping his arms around me tentatively, sounding confused in the meanwhile. -Are you... okay? Is everything okay?

He really asked me that. I pull my nose in, a sudden feeling of anger rushing into me.

- Are you okay Jungkook! -I pull out of the hug and hit him in the chest. -Do you realize what time it is? Where the heck were you?

- Hyung I'm sorry I am late, it's just that she came late and I couldn't leave earlier and she made me drop her-

- Whatever, Jungkook.

That's how I end up stomping my way back to the dorm leaving him behind. I can't control myself right now. I wanna stop crying but I just can't help it... My heart is still beating too fast and I don't feel well.

I was so worried about you asshole...

Jungkook POV.

I'm sh-shocked. I didn't expect him to be out looking for me... In the middle of the night...

Hh... So here is how it went.

I went to our set coffee shop but Amanda showed up late, an hour late precisely. Well, I could have left but, I waited too long for this to happen and I thought an hour wouldn't make much of a difference so I waited... It felt longer than ever though, but she came, didn't she? That's what matters.

She looked beautiful as always and she complimented my clothes too! I gotta give credits to my precious Jimin hyung- although he is quite mad and sad right now... Anyway... We had our coffee and she ordered some deserts.

It was okay I guess! She talked most of the time and I know all about her travelling experiences now. Haha. And that was most of the date. I liked being there with her. The idea that it was a date with Amanda itself was already mind-blowing.

After she was done with the food we got up, and it was pretty late, so I tried to leave but she said she was scared to go alone and asked me to drop her home. And so we walked to the other side of the city, which was super scary for me to walk back alone. I ran all the way back because I was so fearful of the dark vibes those streets gave me.

But I never expected to run into Jimin hyung in the street corner. And I never expected him to be worried about me this much... I feel really bad now... And OHH MY GOD, the surprise!

I'm a horrible friend...

I slowly turn the knob of Jimin hyung's room and make it inside as quiet as I can be. The lights are off and he seems to be sleeping. His back is turned to my side so I don't see his face.
